Large car park at the entrance to St Columb's Park. Quiet to spend the night. Perfect to visit the city 10 minutes walk along the pedestrian bridge, the Peace Bridge. No services, no water, no electricity.

Great spot just a 10 minute walk to the city centre. Quite busy in the day but very quiet and safe at night. A little on a slope but not too bad. Excellent!

absolutely perfect . it's the allotment car park .sat Nov takes you into the residents only and it's a dead end, you have to come back up and turn left . nice and quiet .toilets and bakery 100 yards away. the bakery sells everything we just had a great breakfast .ideal spot for visiting the city

Great spot! Nice view over the city. Felt safe and quiet, 5 minute walk to Peace Bridge and town. An allotment car park, busy in the day, quiet at night, we stayed on a Saturday. Ebrington Square is 2 mins walk away and has a free public toilet open at 9am. Drive down the Rd towards the GPS point. Right just before the residential access only sign, car park is just there. Very sloped ground.

Located In a very safe residential area, but pretty hidden by trees. Works well for an unserviced overnight in a pinch, but I’d advise using this as a last resort. Summary: Use as a reliable last resort if you can’t get anywhere else ✅quiet and safe ✅amazing 4g signal ✅close to a city park for walks ✅no signs prohibiting overnight stay ❌no toilets ❌no electric

As a previous comment said GPS isn't great at pointing you too it. Not 100% sure it was the car park pictured it seemed to be for allotments. No signs saying you couldn't park and toilets open during the day just a short work. Very quiet overnight, some cars coming and going but didn't bother us. Car park very busy in the morning when we work up but again never really bothered us. Handy spot

Parking très calme la nuit, légèrement en pente. Coordonnées GPS n'indiquent pas précisément le lieu mais il se trouve facilement seul. À côté d'un grand jardin où il est possible de se promener. Toilettes sur la place publique d'à côté ouvertes la journée, plutôt propres.

Great parking, quiet at night, gets you quick access to city center through the bridge. Public toilet open during the day at less than 100m

Great parking for visiting the city! There are a few car parks near here but we stayed at the one in front of the garden allotments. This was on a slight slope but had an excellent view over the city. A few vans stayed here and it was very quiet on a Thursday night.

Co-ordinates a bit off but when you get to the bottom of the road and the no through road sign look to your right for a car park entrance. You are by the local allotments. Lovely quiet spot and handy for the city. No facilities.

Great spot to visit the city. We were here on a Saturday night. There were a few cars playing music until 11pm but they caused no trouble. Can recommend Siam Thai restaurant just inside the city walls as you come over the peace bridge. We had a delicious Chicken Pad Thai and Veggie Red Curry. Good for dog owners and / or runners as the park provides a great place for both activities

Parking gratuito. Poco sitio durante el día para poder aparcar furgo grande. Si entras al parque tardas muy poco en llegar al centro de la ciudad.

Parking gratuit à 10 minutes du centre par le pont. Très calme pour la nuit., attention il est en pente. La journée il est très occupé par les habitants.

There have been works carried out resulting in changes to parking area. There are 2 seperate carparks. Either enter through the park gates or a little further down the road there is another car park next to the community gardens. Mostly quiet except for some kids banging and shouting on the van but quickly disappeared. No harm done. Very popular so either arrive early before 8 or late after 6pm. But very convenient to visit city.

Very convenient parking for Derry. There are major road and building redevelopment in the St Columb’s precinct. So be careful where your GPS sends you. It can be busy during the day, you will need ramps. It was quiet overnight during our stay.
