A QUIET small almost forgotten fishing village with parking on or near the harbour is possible. There are no shops but there is a pub and a post office within the bowling club. No facilities, but a beautiful place forever in my heart.

Stayed the night in this forgotten old Harbour. no facilities, one SPAR shop no pubs. we met a wonderful elderly resident called George who is 83 and developing a community garden by the old Harbour. He was very welcoming . lovely quiet night by the pebble beach/ dunes. there are many seals on the rocks by the harbour.
Decent spot! we met some really nice locals. we had a quiet and undisturbed night here! no facilities that we know of other than a bin. plenty of space by the harbour!
Ignore the address simply look for a nice little carpark, picnic area over looking the harbour in Portgordon. Good WiFi, phone and TV signal.
