Comfortable enough for an overnight stop but gets noisy with traffic in the morning hence the four stars not five.A rubbish bin there.
Assez calme entouré de beaux paysages. Aucune commodité juste une poubelle pour vos déchets. Parfait pour une nuit mais est légèrement incliné.
Quite layby surrounded by lovely scenery. No amenities just a litter bin for your rubbish. Perfect for an overnight stay but is on a slight slant.
Ganz ruhig, umgeben von einer wunderschönen Landschaft. Keine Annehmlichkeiten, nur ein Mülleimer für Ihren Müll. Perfekt für eine Übernachtung, aber leicht geneigt.

kolsson12305/09/2023Stayed overnight, quite noisy due to traffic until late ,12am, and started again at around 6am. Bin men came to empty bin but left it full. A few people parked up in the morning, all friendly and offered a morning wave and smile.
wallies125/06/2023Lovely peaceful Saturday overnight stop. Slight road noise from the occasional vehicle but muted by trees between lay-by and road. Lay-by was clean and no mess/rubbish left on the roadside.

Maybe we got unlucky (jubilee weekend) but sounded like we were parked outside a rave - base going thump thump thump all night long, only getting worse the later it got. Gave up around midnight and moved on. Would not recommend.

Beautiful area but not a great spot for a relaxed stop over. Essentially a layby on a busy B road. Nowhere to sit outside the van, nowhere to walk the dog and cars passing every few seconds. Maybe a good solution for large motor homes in winter but I drove on.
jeddievan12/04/2022Amazing stopover. Really quiet lay-by yes bin was full and overloaded but we parked higher up in the lay-by and it was so quiet. Slept really well overnight. Grt recommendation

Pretty spot. Saw some condoms around so maybe there was a water balloon fight we missed? Crazy kids.

Good sleeping. The bin was full, but in the morning the bin car took the rubish out.

Nice layby on a quite road. There is a row of trees between the layby and the road so feels quite private. Was the only car there overnight but a few cars pulled up in the morning.

Enjoyable for a one night stop over, really quiet at night surprisingly and felt pretty private due to all the trees and bushes in between the lay by and the road. Sadly lots of rubbish left over around the bushes though from previous travellers though
