It is just end of the public garden which the locals walking and sitting till mid-night. Close to the city center. After midnight the automatic garden irrigation system gets activated. Be careful. Nice place for one night.

As on almost every parkinglot in turkey young people gather in the evening with small cars and big speakers. Still, this one is not too bad and after midnight its quite. Also you can park earlier in the street, there no speakerboys gather at all. Nice park with wifi and the city center is very nearby with lots of bars and restaurants. Nice place!
