You are just in front someone’s houses!And on the road, we didn’t feel at all to park there. So we moved behind (see picture) just below the woods of the citadelle above; but it seemed that it belongs to a restaurant/bar, a board is there to tell you to pay at the bar, bit we arrived around 9pm and bar was close! Seemed so anyway, so we stayed overnight with no problem (few cars passing though and its coble stones so its a bit noisy but not that bad!). It seems strange that the bar can have the whole raw, maybe it starts from the board! we asked other cars and they said it was ok (they didn’t come from the bar!); though, in the morning, 9am, an old man came to me and said to pay if we stay here. So it seems its more daytime! Anyhow we were moving at the time he asked us, so at night it shouldn’t be a problem. We then moved to the other side carpark to go up the citadelle, there you pay 6lei the whole day! (You pay a man the 6 lei and he gives you the ticket).
