Camping Laugarvatn am Ortsausgang Richtung Geysir. Einfach aber sauber, 4 Duschen, 4 Toiletten, 1 Geschirr, Waschmaschine, Strom, viele Standorte. Freundlicher Manager. Heiße Quellenbad im Ort, gut zu erlaufen.

This was our most expensive campsite with the least service. There is no kitchen, just some tables outside. Showers, toilets, electricity (motorhome), and water fill. The tap and sinks at the gate is out of order (hose works). You can't empty the toilet cassette, only at the gas station (100m). Where you can wash your car as well for free. campsite has no swimming pool (perhaps the village has).
Der Platz ist groß und einfach. Man fährt hinein ohne Anmeldung, stellt sich irgendwo hin, schließt sich an den Strom oder nicht und los geht’s. Der Chef kommt persönlich und kassiert abends. Im nahegelegenen Ort ist ein tolles Außenbad mit heißen Quellen.
5.000 ISK pro Nacht für zwei Personen und einen Campervan Duschen und Toiletten waren schon ziemlich schmutzig. Eine Waschmaschine haben wir auch nicht gefunden. Aussicht war gut. Man hört aber den Straßenlärm.
Einfache campingwiese mit Blick auf den See, Sanitäranlagen sind gut es gibt aber keine Waschmaschine wie beschrieben, Besitzer kommt abends zum zahlen, bei schönem Wetter sind viele Mücken da sehr unangenehm wenn man draußen sitzen will, zusammenfassen gut aber nichts außergewöhnliches für eine Nacht ok
Clean and spacious. Owner is continuously improving the place and improving the drainage. Helped us out of our stand. We were there closer to the end of the season so it was quite empty.
Camping simple, campers/van autorisé. beaucoup de place. Camping qui ferme le 1er octobre. Nous avons payé 2000/pers 1000 pour l'électricité. 2 douches homme et 2 douches femme toilettes.
