We had a fabulous week-end with Chris and June the new owners of the Vine pub. Our stay coincided with their St Patrick’s celebrations which included live music on both nights. A very friendly pub with a fantastic atmosphere and great beer.
très bon accueil, parking en bord de route mais aucun problème pour dormir. les propriétaires sont très agréables, accueuillants. aucune obligation de consommer nous y avons pris tout de même un verre. Le lendemain matin le propriétaire nous guettait pour nous donner de l'eau avec son propre tuyau. nous reviendrons sans hésitation et nous conseillons cet endroit.
Last minute stop of due to getting very tired driving, lady on the phone very helpful, when we arrived we got shown where to park, very tight for big motorhome and tree very close to camper when driving in ideal for something smaller but not for a 7m motorhome. Electricity did not fit ours so unfortunately we had to leave. I can’t fault the staff tho, just didn’t work out for us.
Nice location and the Chinese take away is excellent. the road is busy so expect to get disturbed early by traffic.
Host was very welcoming and the Chinese across the road has got to be one of the niced I've had in a very long time.
