Peu de campeurs se sont garés sur le terrain d'en face, mais nous n'étions pas sûrs de pouvoir emprunter le chemin de terre et nous ne voulions pas rester coincés avec le camping-car, alors nous sommes restés près de cette aire de stationnement au bord de la route avec une vue imprenable. Nous sommes restés la nuit et avons été réveillés par des ours ravissant la poubelle à côté de notre van !
Few campers parked at the field opposite but we weren’t sure we could make the dirt road up and didn’t want to get stuck with the motorhome so stayed by this lay-by by the road with amazing views. We stayed the night and got waken up by bears ravishing the bin next to our van!
Auf dem gegenüberliegenden Feld parkten nur wenige Camper, aber wir waren uns nicht sicher, ob wir die unbefestigte Straße hinauffahren könnten, und wollten nicht mit dem Wohnmobil stecken bleiben, also blieben wir an diesem Rastplatz an der Straße mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Wir blieben die Nacht und wurden von Bären geweckt, die den Mülleimer neben unserem Van verwüsteten!

Spent two nights here, amazing views of the highway and the mountains. Lots of great hikes to do up there, left the van parked all day while hiking and no issues at night. Obviously busy in the day but was very quiet at night. Can also use the toilets up by the lake tourist area. Didn’t see any bears up there only foxes :)
We spent two nights here. On the second night the police moved the campers off the grassy area opposite but said that we weren't a problem. The road was quiet at night and the views were spectacular. We were there at the weekend and there was a long tailback caused by cars queuing to turn into the carpark at the top of the pass which also hindered cars driving further through the tunnel.
Wir haben hier den ganzen Tag verbracht. Die Aussicht ist unglaublich schön und der Platz lohnt sich. Ist auch relativ eben. Wir hätten auch dort übernachtet, aber wir wollten am nächsten Tag wandern gehen, sodass wir noch ein Stück nach oben fuhren. Gegenüber auf der Wiese standen abends einige Camper. Keine Dienstleistungen vorhanden, 4G Netz mit Vodafone super.
Wunderschöne Aussicht, waren 3 nächte hier. Top:)
