Arrived late and was the only van overnight. Dog walkers arriving from 6am, but plenty of space available for all. Random knock and thud on the van at about 6:20 presumably from a local busy body, but no damage done. Probably ideal if you’re planning to leave early. Otherwise a convenient stop about 15 minutes from the M4.

It would be a 5 star for the location, however it's SUPER busy all the time-so much so I checked if it was a bank holiday Monday. It wasn't- everyone has to park very close together because the area to park is pretty small so you feel very on top of everyone. I loved all the blackberry bushes, filled a whole pot in 10mins! Ear plugs are a must here, dogs from 5/6am

Emplacement plat, campagne, ouvrant sur une très belle zone verte. Nous aurions mis 5 étoiles s il n y avait pas les allées venues de doggers tôt le matin dès 6h le dimanche et du passage véhicule jusque minuit.

Normally no problems here but have been moved on by wardens….

Lovely surrounding, walking on the fields was great. Busy with dog walkers early and through the day but pretty quiet at night

We cough a weird looking man with long hair filming my partner and I.He sneaked his hand holding the phone through a little gap in between the curtains. It was the CREEPIEST thing. We got to see him and we realised we saw him around the parking earlier in the evening. We think he wanted to record if we had any valuables so he could rob us. Parking is lovely but please be aware of thieves around

lovely surroundings, right on the common. we parked a 7m motorhome without any problem. busy evening and morning with dog walkers but very quiet overnight.

Great spot. Arrived late and was only van along the whole lane. Woke up an hour or so after sunrise and there was not a space anywhere for all the dog walkers, joggers etc who arrive in the morning but a great place.

Lots of little pull overs along half mile road, very small road so just dog walkers pulling up.

Nice place for a stop over, lovely views and quiet at night. Lots of dog walkers in the morning. My advice would be to make sure you don’t pull up next to the gate as it makes a lot of noise when opening and closing.

The road up is a bit narrow but not a problem. We’re 8 metres with the bike rack and there is space for 3 or 4 like us. Also pull ins along the road which could easily fit smaller campers. It was full of cars when we arrived but we waited and within 5 minutes someone returned with their dog. Lovely place, peaceful and one of the quietest nights we’ve had. There are no restrictions or signs.

We have a 7.95 metre van and we managed to park with a little space between us and the road. Wasn’t expecting that when others had said ok for small vans.

Stayed here. It's useful for a stop over. Lovely walks, and in the summer great sun sets, so face the van inwards. Lots of wildlife roaming free, so drive slowly. Great for cycling, dog walking, and there is a Control Tower with toilets and tea room. This is off the Bury Bank Road, and lots of gravel parking *No over night at this area*

Small parking area next to Greenham Common. Big enough for a campervan or small motor home. No facilities. Nice for a walk on the common and good for an overnight stop. Not suitable for large vehicles. Some dog walkers in their cars arrive early, but no disturbances in the night.
