Excellent place to stay. Warm clean showers & toilets which are newly renovated. We had booked a grass pitch with electric hookup but were upgraded to a gravel pitch nearer to the toilets etc. (£35 for two nights - November). There is a little onsite shop/cafe/swimming pool but we did not use. The on-site Lairds Inn provides quality food, beers and wine, but has to be booked as can be busy.

Nice site. The pub is open on Fridays and Saturdays during the winter. Food was OK, the company was excellent. The site is well set out with fully serviced pitches.

We booked for 2 nights arriving Thursday 3 November, we planned to have dinner in the on site pub, after seeing the reviews and write up on the place and log burners inside, we arrived 18:00 and the pub was shut we walked onto creetown the only pub there was closed, there was a very good convenient store that sold all necessary items the next morning Friday the on site cafe closed

Large campsite with lots of facilities. Booked online, arrived and called the warden (number on gate) and she was very helpful. We were able to choose any pitch. Big pitches separated by high hedges for good privacy, water and electric on each pitch. Pub on site. Seems a little run down, and quite a few people living there in caravans who watched us. Would recommend the butcher’s in the village.
