Pour vous rendre sur place, vous devez emprunter le chemin menant au point de vue au bout de la surface en béton ci-dessous. Garde au sol requise ! Avec notre 407D (6m Düdo sans pneus tout-terrain ou similaire), cela a fonctionné, même dans l'obscurité et la pluie.
Right at the old observatory. From here you have a very good view of Sarajevo, which is particularly worthwhile at night. To get to the place, you have to drive up the path to the viewpoint at the end of the concrete surface below. Ground clearance required! Direkt am alten Observatorium. Von hier hat man sehr gute Aussicht auf Sarajevo, die sich gerade nachts lohnt.
Um an den Ort zu gelangen, muss man am Ende der unterhalb gelegenen Betonfläche den Weg zum Aussichtspunkt hochfahren. Bodenfreiheit von Nöten! Mit unserem 407D (6m Düdo ohne Offroadreifen oä) ging es, auch bei Dunkelheit und Regen.

Visited 17/10. There's a sign now you're no longer allowed to drive through to the bobsled/observatory, probably because of big roadworks, which deterred us and we stayed at the parking lot. We've seen (locals) ignore the sign though. When visiting the observatory in the morning we were pretty bummed because it's an amazing place with stunning view, even a wooden bench to overlook Sarajevo.

Der Platz oben ist wunderschön, die Aussicht auf Sarajevo toll, es steht eine Bank und direkt dahinter das alte Observatorium. ABER für das letzte Stückchen oben ist eine gehörige Portion Bodenfreiheit notwendig, da zwei hohe felsige Absätze kommen, links und rechts ist kein Platz um zu manövrieren. Wir mussten da leider abbrechen. Zudem muss man schmerzfrei sein, was Kratzer durch Äste betrifft.
Great place, calm and peaceful. Big cars forget it. suitable for cars with good clearance and if it's wet 4wd doesn't hurt. I had very good rest up there.
