Purtroppo non ci siamo trovati bene. Eravamo soli. Attorno le ore 1.30 un motociclista,per oltre un ora,con motore e luci accese vicino al camper. Ci siamo dovuti spostare in un parcheggio al centro citta. Non ci sentivamo tranquilli.
Sicherlich ein guter Platz für Leonidio aber nichts ansatzweise vergleichbar mit der tollen Taverne in den Bergen. 25 min Fahrt von Leonidio findet ihr die Taverne Glistras. Dort könnt ihr gratis parken, wenn ihr in der Taverne was Essen oder Trinken geht. absolute Empfehlung und deutlich ruhiger. Findet ihr auch auf Park4night
Der Platz ist voll in Ordnung. Lärmempfindliche Schläfer müssen damit rechnen immer mal wieder aufzuwachen, aber nichts dramatisches. Gegenüber bei einer Laterne kann man einen Kanister auffüllen. Der Platz war heute sehr gut von Campern besucht, wir kamen recht spät und standen deshalb ein wenig schief. Für eine Nacht oder die Durchreise voll okay, aber mehr nicht.

Ci siamo stati in giugno, molto tranquillo. Le pareti rosse delle montagne fanno da splendida cornice. La parte più in piano è quella opposta all’ingresso del parcheggio. Il centro è molto vicino e molto gradevole.
Grande place, calme, à 2 pas de la plage. “Ça peut faire “.
Perfekt um den Ort zu besuchen, wenn der Ort auch nicht viel zu bieten hatte.

Really nice parking for a night or two. On the weekends it gets crowded at night because there are restaurants nearby and the parking is directly next to the street which can also be a bit loud... BUT there is the sweetest little cat "Zeus" (a gray one) living, so if you have a heart for animals bring some cat food, he will thank you by snuggling up to you :)

We arrived on the eve of Epiphany in January. In the early afternoon we had our choices of parking spots in this big car park but by evening it was a busy town with families out for meals. The car park filled up with cars but they all left quietly in the early hours. Had a decent night's sleep, felt safe. Town is quirky, an easy walk over the bridge. Toilets available in town open 5am to 11pm.
in the middle of night, wanna-be-gangstas kids were driving fast to the place, throwing apple into my van,doing gangsta round over village and repeat. after third apple i changed place, i dont know what was their next gangsta thing to do :)
We don't know why, but Leonidio was the loudest place we have slept in Greece : lots of very loud motorcycles and cars during the whole night. Good restaurant close by, excellent laundry, nice little town, and beautiful surroundings.
Grand parking proche de la ville . Le marché du lundi se situe après le pont contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans le 1er m. Le monastère de Sintza at Arcadia est à 6.5 kms, montée assez raide. La sœur, d'une grande gentillesse vous offre des présents. Merci pour elle de laisser quelques pièces car la visite est gratuite et cette religieuse ouvre gracieusement sa porte.
Abends und morgens ist in dem Ort relativ viel los und daher ist es auf dem Platz nicht besonders leise. Aber zum übernachten und den Ort besuchen ist er ok. Es sind mehrere Restaurants und Kaffees in der Nähe. Der Parkplatz Kater "Zeus" freut sich immer über etwas Futter oder eine Streicheleinheit.
