Layby no signs to say no overnight parking, view of the sea and st Micheals mount, seating area and little bit of grass for dogs

  • 4/5

large lay-by, clean and tidy, ideal for a night's stay, close to the sea

  • 4/5

Large lay-by with sea views. just about see Mount St Michael. away from traffic. good stop for the night

  • 5/5

prima plek om kasteel te bezoeken

We hebben hier overnacht omdat we graag naar St Micheal’s Mount wilden gaan. Gewoon langs drukke doorgaande weg.

A bit of road noise but it is far away enough so there is no buffeting from the traffic. There is strong signal on Three and EE. I stayed three nights next to a van that appears to be a permanent fixture. When I left I noticed a small sign at the entrance that I hadn't spotted on the way in, saying no more than six hours. Oops :)

We parked up the night of Storm Antoni. No protection from high winds but otherwise a perfect stopover! Views of, and access to, St Michael’s Mount. About 6 other vans were here. Lovely walks straight from the lay-by onto the SW coast path. Could have stayed longer!

Perfect spot to visit St. Michael’s Mount. We came evening, spent a night here, and in the morning we went to the island. Directly from the parking is a path to the beach and then to the town. You can also visit Cudden Point in oposite. The parking is safe, free of charge, and this is the closiest place where we can park our 7m motorhome. Highly recommended for the drivers avoiding narrow roads!

  • 4/5

massive flat lay-by, to the left is all countryside and you can see st Michael's mount. traffic gets quiet after 11pm, had a good night sleep

  • 4/5

Stayed here last night, great view to the sea and St Michaels Mount. No disturbances, one motorhome looks to a permanent fixture! Traffic from the main road is a bit noisy.

  • 3/5

Had an undisturbed night here in a lay-by with no signs. other signs say 6 hrs no return within 12 but wasn't a sign in two bays. road wasn't too noisy either.

  • 5/5

Great hidden spot in a location with difficult access to overnight parking. Is off the main road so safe to park. A couple others parked up too

  • 4/5

Great spot but not on windy night. we stayed here while storm Bella was passing by, and was shaking a lot

  • 5/5

Another great stay overnight without a problem plenty of other campervans there aswell

Okay spot for the night. Roadside so expect some traffic noise but it was very quiet through the night. Offers no shelter from winds and we had a blustery one last night! Parking signs currently state 6 hour stay maximum. Easy access to footpaths into Marazion and St Michael's Mount.
