Well what a view!! It’s the best view so far during our time in Skye & Raasay, looking back towards the Red hills. Spectacular! With good walking trails from the car park. Would definitely recommend the short ferry across to Raasay

beautiful spot tucked in next to some old mine buildings. great walks up the path behind with stunning views of Skye all round. we parked up here and then walked to the distillery for a tour, very doable - only half an hour walk each way. no bins so take your rubbish with you!

Lovely spot, enough for two campervans , no facilities but there is Vodafone 4G . Midges appeared, like anywhere west coast, when wind died down. Very peaceful. Forestry is doing work but we stayed Saturday night. Like the rest of Raasay not suitable for motor homes.

Nice quiet spot next to old mine buildings. Views of the woodland opposite and across the bay to Skye Tables with bbq spots. Enough for 2 smaller vans (transporter size) either end of the spot. No bins or toilets etc proper wild spot so take your rubbish with you.
