It is possible to refill the water for free, even in winter. It's not for drinking, but I suppose the locals drink it.

There is a sign on top of the tap that the water was not suitable fir infants! But it was being checked regularly, so we trusted and filled and had no problem! we didn't spend the night there! During the day was cozy (Gezellig) with people in aqua park
