really good spot - one to avoid in bad weather as the sea can come over the top of the sea wall, so that might be a bit damp. if it's calm, then this is a great spot, fairly level and free after 6pm. recommended.

Chill space, quiet night
anotherdk06/10/2023Unfortunately the worst night so far, lots of pub noise and someone kept their van running for like an hour at 4am could isolated incident but it really blew it for me. The town is lovely, friendly locals and lots of great shops and eateries (check out Sam’s Deli), the place captured our hearts and we may try again but would recommend visiting for the day and/or trying another spot locally.
rad_2204/02/2023Nice little village. This is a very small car park. Used by people night fishing the piar. No issues apart from people shutting the boots and car doors late at night.

This doesn’t have a sea view from the level of the car park, you have to go up some stairs, right up to the sea wall to actually get a view. The car park itself was fine, nobody else was there and it was perfectly quiet. DONT GO EXPECTING A NICE VIEW. There was a limited view of the harbour but no boats and the tide goes out pretty early which means you’re just looking at a muddy patch of land!

Stayed a couple of weeks ago. very quiet and level. Nice pubs nearby and a nice harbour to look around. free after 6om.

We went in grotty weather but we can imagine it being beautiful in the summer on a nice day. Car park isn’t massive and it’s free from 6pm-9am. Nice Indian food 20 second walk away. Lots of pubs nearby. Bins on site also
gregdundee08/08/2021Lovely spot if you’re in a smaller van like we are - a full size motor home wouldn’t be able to park here. No toilets onsite but only a five minute walk away - but the best thing about it is the view; the parking space looks straight out over the ocean and we enjoyed a spectacular sunset. Watchet is a great town too.

Very small carpark - really only suitable for max two short vans, 5m or so in length.
