Our campsite is located at the foot of Schönbühel Castle, between Melk and Aggstein on the right bank of the Danube. On an area of around 7,000 m², with beautiful old trees, every camper will find a place to relax and unwind. The campsite is located directly on the Danube cycle path and a comfortable distance from the nearest road. To ensure that your physical well-being is not neglected, there is a restaurant with an inviting terrace and a winter garden right on site. Rooms and apartments offer a spectacular view of the Danube and Schönbühel Castle. Swimming opportunities can be found right on the doorstep - adventure, culture and nature - everyone gets their money's worth here. Schönbühel is the perfect starting point for various excursions and adventures. If you want to end the evening romantically, this is also the right place. The campsite faces west and offers the most beautiful sunsets in the Wachau in the evenings. Your safety is also well taken care of, the flood protection surrounds the campsite and offers our guests maximum safety.

Paved pitches in front of the Ertlschweigerhaus guesthouse with a view of the Donnersbachtal at 1,000 m above sea level for mobile homes, campers and camper vans up to 8 m long. Please register in advance by phone or email. You are welcome to use the toilet and shower in the Ertlschweigerhaus right next door. You are welcome to get fresh water/drinking water from our well in front of the house. Depending on the season (June, July, August) there is a breakfast and dinner option in the Ertlschweigerhaus when the guesthouse is open. In summer you can breathe in the fresh mountain air, go on a hike or explore the Schladming-Dachstein region. In winter you can get on the ski bus directly in front of the pitch and experience winter on the Planneralm at 1,600 m above sea level in the highest mountain village in Styria. Motorhome parking space (caravan/tent) with supply disposal, WiFi, shower, toilets, e-bike rental, 20km from the motorway exit/Gleisdorf Süd, arrival possible at any time, open 24 hours, the parking space is in the immediate vicinity of the restaurant (Kickmaier/ Closed on Tuesdays), children's playground. Ideal place for transit / short break / starting point for day trips, right next to the thermal baths and Vulkanland bike path.

You first have to wait for confirmation via SMS or WhatsApp. Required: family name, length of vehicle, length of stay. Optional services: Farmer's snack for 2 people (snack) with 1 liter drink. Spa area with panoramic sauna and BadeFass (HotTub) with fresh spring water warmer than +39° C as well as a small bathing pond with romantic candlelight in the open air, exclusively for you alone (max. 2 adults incl. children). Tip: Book the wellness area immediately! A relaxation area (hammock, deck chairs, etc.) in our Nordmanntannen culture is freely available. Our gourmet hut (shop) is filled with over 100 of our own products. There are free-roaming pigs (old, almost forgotten farm animal breeds), geese and chickens on the farm.
