Good free park up. The car park is small and fills up early in the morning by dog walkers but this didn’t bother us. We had good connection on EE and O2.

Great stop for the night. We had it to ourselves. It’s a tiny car park that is used for the cycle path so early morning people arrive for runs and dog walks but didn’t bother us. It was a peaceful night and no bother. If arriving at night in the dark like us just be careful of the drop on entrance, keep to the left hand side as you drive in. We will use again. No bin at site, keep tidy.

Great sheltered car park but not very big so get there early if you want to stay! Very quiet overnight. No facilities.

Sunday night… Glad this spot was tucked away and sheltered from the heaviest rain and gusts ! The carpark has a gradient, but the bottom spot is almost flat. Apart from the rain, no other noises or disturbances overnight. A few passing cars this morning, and a couple of walkers. All good !

Great little car park, tucked away just off the road so its sheltered from wind and noise. There’s a walking/cycle path going past which connects to a sw coast path for nice walks. Space for about 4 vehicles, our Lwb was fine but longer vehicles mat struggle parking. No facilities or bins, there was some rubbish left in the bush when we arrived which is a shame.

Stayed on a very wet and windy April night, fairly well covered from the wind. Very quiet in the evening fills up quickly with dog walkers in the morning. Small car park, wouldn't recommend larger than 6M camper. I imagine it fills up quickly when weather is good

Was a great little overnight stop for a couple of us in mid sized camper vans during winter. Wouldn’t recommend going in the summer season as the car park is part or a major cycle route to and from Barnstaple so imagine will be busy and parking is limited to maybe 3/4 vans maximum.

Its flat, passing traffic is minimal, theres no light pollution, which all makes for a good nights sleep. However, its location,( close to Ilfracombe), make it too busy with vans. Its a tiny car park, and with 4 vans its full. Manoeuvring around is impossible, and its difficult to get out. Tip- avoid weekends, summer, and bank hols. Very small campervans only.

Arrived around 7pm car park was full of vans. Not that we would have fit anyway in our lwb. Definitely only suitable for vehicles less than 6m. Looked like a good spot otherwise but very popular.

Small carpark just off the main road. Ideal for one night stay. No facilities.

Nice spot, got here at about 10pm and it was empty, stayed overnight. Nice walks near close by, so there will be dog walkers in the morning. This doesn't bother me, I'm always up early and have a dog anyway.

Fairly sheltered but as we got there around 2pm, car park was full as there are walking trails there, hence popular. As we were not willing to wait until all the cars left we drove off to find another spot before it got dark. Otherwise, a great overnight spot.

Great spot tucked away. Very quiet in the evening, so I was able to leave the dog off the lead at night

Ok for one night but not suitable for more then 6.50 m nice cycle lane to Ilfracombe but harder on the way back
