After the quarry and its big turn, on the road towards Tamtattouchte, take a small path on the left. 400 meters of stony road and here you are on a stretch of grass. Flowing river, even in winter a light net. Resurgence natural, warm, practical for the dishes or a fast shower, pleasant green grass under the feet. Many goat trails around for some hikes.

Excellent place to spend the night. as written there is a water to wash whatever you want and the grass is very pleasant . in the night just pure silence.

Excellent endroit pour bivoouacer. Discussion à la source avec la famille de bergers qui vit juste au-dessus, à 300 mètres qui nous ont donné leur accord pour passer la nuit.

Just before dark we were sent away by some men from tamtatoucht village. They showed some kind of official identity card and told us it's not allowed to stay here for the night. They actually waited for us to leave. It seems like wild camping is now prohibited in the whole Todra region, probably because of safety reasons (also see comment on parking closer to the main gorge).

Nice and quiet place. at 7pm a few young locals arrived in a car to smoke and hung out but they didn't bother us and left soonafter. Strong winds came from the head of the valley in the middle of the night, so maybe i'd recommend parking along the direction of the river.
