Calm place, we slept there (only our car). In December out of free.

Nous avons pu aller plus loin mais le parking était gratuit et tranquille. Nous n'y avons pas dormis.

Rustige nacht op betaalde parking € 3 (overdag vanaf 9 uur). Groot terrein vlakbij meertje en strand. Wij kwamen aan om 20 uur parkeerbeheerder niet meer aanwezig. Stonden links naast bomenrij. Tussen 20 en 8 geen auto op terrein, stonden alleen. Super rustig. Geen voorzieningen. Aanrader voor wie rust zoekt en plaatsje wil bezoeken.

Un endroit idéal. Très calme. Nous sommes restés 2 nuits pour 3 euros les 24h00. Il y a des poubelles de tri à l'entrée du parking. Super pour visiter la cava et descendre visiter le village à 1.8km à pied. Ce mettre au fond du parking pour avoir un peu d'ombre.

A proximité d'un très beau lac, bcp de places, heureusement personne n'était là pour réclamer les 3€ annoncés à l'entrée

Ich habe auf der Wiese - dem Parkplatz nicht geschlafen aber für paar Stunden gehalten um mir den recht schönen See anzuschauen. Mann kann dort sicher gut ne Nacht verbringen aber grad am Wochenende bei gutem Wetter sind dort schon einige Menschen selbst Mitte Februar.

9/1/22: arrivati verso le 19.30, andati via intorno alle 10.00, nessuno presente (né guardie né altre macchine). Attenzione! Se ha piovuto è facile rimanere bloccati nel fango, noi con un 6 m di 30 q abbiamo fatto fatica a ripartire. Nessun tipo di servizio, laghetto a pochi passi, se il tempo è brutto non è niente di eccezionale.

Dec. 2021 - We stayed 1 day & 1 night for free. There was no parking guard the whole time. Our time here was very quiet and we felt safe. Only a few locals pass by and the dog of the sheep herd came by to say hi a few times. The view onto the ocean is beautiful. No services.

Hors saison parking gratuit, à moins de 5min a pied de la magnifique carrière de bauxite et de la mer avec balade jusqu'au phare, moins de 2km de la jolie ville d'otranto. Lieu tranquille, facile d'accès.

Good parking to visit the quarry, very quiet. Arrived at 1430 and no guard. Could have easily stayed the night if needed.

Arrivée 21h30, départ 8h30, nous n'avons vu aucun gardien. Très bien pour une nuit, très calme.

Leggendo alcuni commenti ho avuto l'impressione che non tutti abbiano capito che questo parcheggio ha l'unico scopo di visitare il laghetto della cava di bauxite, che si trova a poche centinaia di metri da qui. Io ci sono venuta a luglio, alle ore 19 circa (al tramonto i colori della cava sono più brillanti) e il parcheggiatore già non c'era più, per cui diventa gratuito.

€3, didn't stay too long, just a dirt parking lot with no views. It's difficult when you have an active dog but if it's just a couple or a family with no pets to entertain then you could hike down to the sea and spend the day there otherwise not much else to do except for walking in the area.

When it rains for a few hours and you are an average camper, chances are you are getting stuck.. Clean and much room in October.

Parcheggio a pagamento (3€/day) per vedere la cava di Bauxite e raggiungere le spiagge vicine.

Großzügiger Parkplatz umringt von Bäumen auf fester Wiese/Erde. Sicherer Ort zum Übernachten. Gebühr tagsüber 3€.

Nous y avons passé deux nuits très calme en hors saison, sûrement plus de monde en été car c'est le parking pour aller au lac di Bauxite. Assez vert, un peu sale quand même et aucun autres service. Otranto juste à côté
