We stayed in our yellow bus for two nights. There is the main car park for free and also next to it there is a small gravel road into a field with large bushes and trees. We stayed here at the back between the trees, perfect spot for camping. The car park is very busy on weekends and in the week it’s moderately busy. Bins nearby. No toilet or services. No one bothered us and we were quite hidden in the grass area. Great spot to stay and visit the thermal baths, 5 minutes walk. Also a cheap campsite nearby - 15€ including entry to baths. Great place!
