Brilliant spot just on the road leading up to the Resevoir! Just a simple lay-by. No signs to say no camping & didn’t hear/see a soul once it went dark until about 7.30am… can just about see the water in the distance but trees quite high so not the most amazing view but also nothing to complain about!

August 2021 Unsure if I’m at the right location as the pictures are nothing like it, but maps has took us here and it says it’s right. The space is literally a lay-by at the side a quiet road with no views whatsoever apart from bushes. The reservoir is very far in the distance, unlike the images where it looks like it’s in front of you.

Really good location. A car park is about 400m down track but has signs up for no over night Parking. Stayed one night no problem will go again.

As described, good place for a night. there are also lots of spots around the reservoir which might be even nicer for the night

Nice little pull in. Very quiet, 1 car passed during the night and only a few in the morning. Great access to the reservoir for a walk. Mostly flat. Felt safe
