Great place for an overnight stop, or so it used to be. They've recently erected signs saying the car park will be closing due to antisocial behaviour and overnight parking. Seems a bit ridiculous really since I've never seen any antisocial behaviour here and the vans who stay overnight are always gone early morning. Another spot gone...
Stopped for lunch (February 24). Nice spot with rural view whilst just out of the city.

Nice spot with a view, there was some rubbish nearby which spoilt it a bit. car park is paved so you won't get bogged down and has ample space for campers and cars alike. stayed one night (January 2024) and would recommend as seemed nice and quiet.
Found this to be a great stop over spot. There appeared to be two ‘long term’ vans there, so this may have deterred others hanging around in the car park. Had a really calm and peaceful Saturday night.
The parking lot is not bad, but there were a lot of noisy young people. Plus some cars where always coming and leaving and coming again.. felt creepy, so we left…
Quite busy with cars and and out until about sunset, but quiet after that. Nice and hidden from the road with nice view.
Nice quite spot away from the road. Stayed one night. Large area that would fit a number of campers. Two other camper here while we stayed. Flat ground with no height restrictions. Grassy area to walk the dogs and signs of other having a camp fire near the benches
Nice and quiet carpark in the woods. Mostly even tarmac though mind the pot hole in the middle. Not far from a rural road, but it was very quiet. There was one other van that arrived after us and left early. A police car patrolled once but didn't bother us Felt quiet and safe.
Such a beautiful place for the night… unfortunately a bunch of chavs seem to use it as their stomping ground for burnouts and intimidate people. They started yelling out when my partner glanced over. Left because we knew they would be back and might damage the van
Great spot with beautiful sunset and plenty of space for multiple campervans. Just outside enough of Exeter for the absence of any noise. Some locals use this spot for dog walking or sunset watching, but they dissapear after dawn

Lloc tranquil per fer nit, tot i estar al costat de la carretera, sense serveis, només aparcament. Poques places.
Prima plek. Schoon en rustig. Enige verkeer dat er komt zijn mensen die draaien. Twee auto’s hebben er in de avond een tijdje gestaan om een sigaretje te roken. Vanaf 22u rustig. Enkele hardloper, enkele hondenuitlater. Niks geks gezien of gehoord.
Rustige plek omringd met bomen en een prachtig uitzicht… ongeveer 3 plekken die redelijk vlak zijn… de rest is schuin. We hebben er heerlijk rustig kunnen overnachten en ontbijten… opvallend was dat er er geen enkele vrouw of hondenuitlater hebben gezien, alleen single mannen… ?
Very sloped, there were A LOT of faeces laying around. We moved on.
Brilliant place to stay for the night, quite and great view in the morning.
Wrefords Ln is very narrow for MH, only take Pennsylvania road which is less steep, wider and very doable for most vehicles. Slight slope. Surrounded by shrubbery, nothing seriously overhanging. No facilities. Responsible grey water discharge possible. Beautiful views. Popular with Campervans, so unlikely to be spending the night alone. Very safe & secure. Absolute peace & tranquility overnight.
Stayed here on a Wednesday evening and it was relatively quiet! Some people drive in, have a smoke or eat a maccies and then head off. In the night the lot filled with more campers which made us feel more safe :) apart from it being a storm from the early hours until lunch it was a cute spot with a nice view and tables and chairs , would stay again
Stayed on a Wednesday night. 4 other vans no issues at all. beautiful view with benches for a morning coffee!
A quiet spot with a beautiful view. Carpark shaded by woods with room enough for 4 small campers. A few cars stayed to watch the sunset until 9pm, one other car stayed the night.
Nice stop close to city went to one down the road but there was dogging and i didnt want to drive past so came here and had car park all to ourselfs :) no noise no hassle
Stayed here for one night. View was beautiful and we had a picnic and played some badminton in the field. Was a Saturday night, there were a couple groups of young people that came and went but none of them made any noise. For the most part we had the area to ourselves
Parked here in the evening, beautiful views. The odd car with teenagers and music but was quiet overnight. Decent space for larger campers and great spot. Packed up sharp in the morning.
Flat spot really close to the city, but lots of noisy locals came through to party play music/drink pretty late into the night. fine spot if you're coming in late.

Sadly, area covered in broken glass bottles and beer cans. Also around park seats spoiling beautiful views. Decided not to stay!

Lovely spot, some noisy locals late in the evening but for being so close to a city and beautiful views you really can’t go wrong
Great place, pulled up at 6pm and watched the sunset. Few locals came by too. Very quiet place with amazing views.
