Large parking area to fit our 9ft camper. Really great find if waiting for a ferry connection. Friendly guard who couldn’t speak English but we managed with my little Greek! No over night stays. Close to shops and transport. Perfect for walking the dog after a long journey. Will use again for sure.

Voll gut, um mit dem Hund vor der Fährfahrt ne große Runde zu gehen. Nette Parkwächter. Übernachten nicht gestattet. Parkplatz schließt um 24 Uhr.

Parked here on a national holiday and the area was busy with locals flying kites and enjoying walks/picnics. Decided to chance staying here the night and all seemed fine except for the odd passing foot traffic. At midnight we heard someone trying our door handles and so I opened up to confront them but it was the police. They asked if I’d seen anyone loitering around the vehicle but said it was OK for us to stay there albeit asked us how long we were staying. Strange night. There did appear to be night security there in hi-viz jackets so we assume they called the police.
