Slightly sloping, hardstanding carpark. OK for smaller units. Bins and toilets. Nice village. Museum/Bookstore well worth a look.
Spar - Gatehouse of Fleet: Nous avons passé une excellente nuit de sommeil dans leur parking, très bien situé. Les installations proposées comprenaient des toilettes et des poubelles. Un point à noter cependant, ma voiture a crevé, j'ai appelé à la réception, mais je ne pouvais pas passer. Autre que le personnel était attentionné et nous avons pris un café le matin.
Spar - Gatehouse of Fleet: Had a wonderful sleep in their car park, great location.. their amenities included a toilet and garbage facilities. One point to note though, my car did steam up, I rang through to reception but couldn't get through. Other than that staff were attentive and we got a coffee in the morning.
Spar - Gatehouse of Fleet: Wir hatten eine großartige Nachtruhe auf ihrem Parkplatz in einer großartigen Lage. Zu den angebotenen Einrichtungen gehörten Toiletten und Abfallbehälter. Ein Punkt zu beachten, mein Auto hatte einen platten Reifen, ich rief die Rezeption an, kam aber nicht durch. Ansonsten war das Personal aufmerksam und wir hatten morgens Kaffee.

oznomads30/06/2023Pulled in here and had dinner at the local pub The Ship Inn which has vegan and vegetarian options. Supermarket also great. It was wet and cold and we were the only motor home but felt safe and sound. Highly recommend this spot for an overnight. No views but a walking path next to car park.
jordicostauk15/06/2023Es un sitio perfecto donde pasar la noche, servicios limpios abiertos las 24h, supermercado en el mismo parking, fantástica cafetería que abre a las 9am justo al doblar la esquina. Pueblo muy muy tranquilo, lo guardo en mis favoritos para volver a parar cuando viaje otra vez por este área.

Great town, fantastic amenities. Some slightly grumpy people. Please treat this location with even greater care, would be a real shame to lose.

Nice and central location, fabulous local pubs within walking distance. We even stumbled back and enjoyed a magnificent cheese board on our campervan home
