This has to be one of the most beautiful places to camp. The campsite is very basic. There is running water and a toilet block. If you are just looking for somewhere to park and refill your water this is the place! There is a stream running through the site. The site is essentially at the foot of Gordale Scar

Lovely spot with great views and beautiful landscape, perfect spot for walking to Janet’s Foss and Gordale Scar and amalgam Cove. The man is a bit weird but not too bad. We paid 15 £ but that varies in what mood the man is, could also be 10£. There is a spot to empty the toilet but it was very disgusting.

Doordeweeks super rustig. Water aanwezig en evt een toilet.

New website says 12 pounds for 2 and a campervan. No showers anymore.

Lovely views , pretty narrow lanes. We paid £10 for 2 for a night, cash only. Not the tidiest facilities but still useable

An idyllic spot right under the crags of Gordale Scar. The facilities are rudimentary - a shared toilet and a couple of handbasins. The approach is a tight turn around the farm buildings. We saw a crafter sized van on site so 6m is doable, but wider or longer units may struggle. All pitches are on grass down a grass slope so wet weather may make it difficult. We paid £5 to stay overnight.

This is an amazing spot for sure totally idyllic and minutes walk away from the waterfall. However absolutely do not attempt in any kind of large motorhome. Access is round an old farm house and down a grassy slope our Mercedes sprinter fit with a couple of inches either side but it was hairy. £10 to the odd guys in the farmhouse, ring the doorbell. There is a water tap but not much else.

This place would be a wonderful stop off. But it is not open to campers anymore, the farmer let us park up and get set up before telling us to leave. There is a lovely place to camp opposite the buck inn in malham which you drive past to get to this spot. So I would recommend to stay there instead.

Absolutely loved this spot! £10 overnight but worth every penny. Waking up to that view was incredible.

Could not believe that the site was so empty on a Sunday night in August the views and access to walks are amazing. There are toilets but the farmer said only one was open and pointed us to comments on the internet (there was no reception on site) to gauge what it was like. We had our own anyway. Paid £10 for the night, which also saved us the parking fee while we were walking the next day.

Visited the place yesterday 24 June 2021 and stayed the night. OK to drive through the house gates, open the next gate behind the house and drive on to the grass area and you can park anywhere. The owner will find you and it is 5pp/n We did not have a pre-booking and were able to stay. Basic facilities (not clean) but we were self-sufficient.

Idyllic location with easy access to many walks. Wouldn’t attempt approach lane in anything larger than 7.5mtr moho. Water available but not drinkable. Single toilet. Paid £5pppn

Wonderful stop. Right near Janet foss and gordale scar. Didn’t use any facilities as they were out of action - owner let us stay as we rang ahead - I’m chuffed we found this place and I’m coming back ASAP

Visited today in the hope of staying. While the footpath through the 'site' was busy, there were no campers to be seen. No sign of vehicle tracks through from the house, and no clear route to drive either. Rang the door bell but no answer. Seems this isn't an option any longer sadly.

Not open from September it seems but no sign saying so, just logs pulled across entrance

Very nice place. Access for cars is by the house. Ask the owner, if you can stay, before you enter the campsite. There is a little white door by the house with a bell. I arrived late and left the next day around 12 o'clock and paid 4 £. You find toilets and a little sink to wash up your dishes.
