Great place to park up. Very calm around the lake. Cars stopped coming and going around 11pm. However, it loses a star because it sounded like a generator or car started up about every 20 minutes for a couple of minutes throughout the night. Probably for the coffee shack in the car park. I would still recommend as good spot for exploring the city and felt safe.
Cool place. We spent a quiet night there and left the car there for the day. It’s a safe space. Coffee shops and bistros around. Lake and statue of Lenin are very close. But there’s lot of stray dogs in the park moving in packs and it was very uncomfortable this be there with my dog. They looked like they would attack if I wasn’t scaring them away.
Spent a pleasant night here with no issues, then left the RV here while we explored Chisinău. Free. There’s a little coffee shop at one side, and it’s not too far to walk into town. Lake and play park are about 100m away. With our tow car we’re 15.5m long and had no problems.
Best place to park to visit the city. Flat safe accessible. Coffee nearby. Spot on.
wir haben hier einen tollen Tag und eine ruhige Nacht verbracht, selbst mit unserem 9 m großem Gefährt war es kein Problem einen Parkplatz zu finden. es gibt immer wieder Stoßzeiten in denen man nicht anreisen sollte, optimal ist es morgens. von hier aus kann man super in die innenstadt gehen bzw den See umrunden.

parked here just for late afternoon and night was perfect, plenty of space. there was noise and music which stopped at 11.30 then very peaceful.
Main parking closed off due to refugee center and embassy proximity. Just drive through the Expo center gate and park near the Lenon statue. Plenty of room for large vehicles. No rubbish bins so carry through the small gate to the bins at the lake. Many street dogs running and barking at night but was quiet for about 6 hours.
Perfekt, würde ich jederzeit wieder hin. Ist gut besucht, aber liegt sehr schön. Im Sommer wahrscheinlich am besten vormittags anfahren, damit man einen Platz hat. Kiosk vor Ort mit frischem Kaffee etc.
Best place to stay while visiting the city during summer. As you can walk to the beach, have cold shower and a nice walk into the city. There is also another park near the abandoned theme park. Van felt safe here
Spent two nights here. Full at the weekend, but there are always free places. At the lake with bathing area and leisure opportunities. The center can be reached in 20 minutes on foot.
Situé devant l'entrée du MoldExpo, la zone est aussi triste que le parking précédent mais ici c'est gratuit, stabilisé, ombragé et accessible à tous les gabarits. Le soir venu les locaux viennent prendre le frais autour du lac. Attention les places sont rares dès 19h. Réception satellite en fonction de l'emplacement, 4G optimale. Aucun service ni réseau wifi utilisable.
