Excellent spot to spend the night
Parking sur le bord de la route avec une vue fantastique sur les collines et possibilité de voir des cerfs passer de temps en temps.
Car park at side of road with fantastic views of the hills and possible to see deer passing occasionally.
Parkplatz am Straßenrand mit fantastischem Blick auf die Hügel und gelegentlich Rehe.

LukasPfanger21/08/2023Didn’t stay the night only used for parking at daytime. The spots are quite even. We would have stayed the night if we didn’t leave the island after the hike.

We stopped here for an hour or so and wish we had another night to stay here. The views are stunning and no signs saying cannot park overnight. It is only about 30 mins or so from Brodick ferry terminal. We had 3G phone signal, which is more than we had the previous night in Lochranza. But beware as from 24 August 2023 the road will be closed for 3 days for badly needed resurfacing work.
Peakbagger02/06/2023We parked here for the day only to do a walk. There is some work going on repairing the path and part of the car park is coned off but still plenty of space to park. There's some nice waterfalls if you follow the path with crystal clear dipping pools. We didn't stay overnight but there are no signs prohibiting overnight stays.

Great spot for an overnight stay. You must do the walk as it's beautiful. Very limited Internet or phone signal, but it's great for a peaceful night under the stars.

sterontentbox28/03/2022lovely big car park only ones here. stayed in roof top tent. road traffic after 7pm very light. beautiful scenery lovely walk along river/stream. bin for rubbish didn't even leave footprints as on tarmac :)

Didn’t stay but empty at 6pm on Saturday (island seems busier at weekend). Flat and space for 4 or 5 vans. Well set back from road. Bins now in place. Start point for waterfalls walk. To west of road. Smaller parking space a couple of hundred metres further north on east side of road, but not set so far off road.

Great spot. Quiet. Didn’t feel unsafe. Pretty stream next to the spot. Don’t leave rubbish around as it was clean and spotless!
