Assez plat sur une large intersection, nous sommes resté une nuit, quelques voitures dans la soirée sinon très calme. Réveillé à 9h par les moutons ! A 2 pas du bikepark.

On a large flat intersection. Some cars on the evening but really calm. Woke up at 9 by thé sheeps. Really close to the bikepark.

Ziemlich flach an einer breiten Kreuzung, wir blieben eine Nacht, ein paar Autos am Abend sonst sehr ruhig. Um 9 Uhr morgens von den Schafen aufgewacht! 2 Schritte vom Bikepark entfernt.

wouldn't say it's a particularly pretty area to set up, the water isn't visible from the road. although it's a good spot for a night if it's late and you have been driving for a while

Great spot, free for the night and the game keeper was happy for us to stay. No toilets or anything but great secluded spot for the night - went with a tentbox.

Stayed here for 2 nights - my first solo wild camp & felt very safe. First night I slept in my car & the second in a tent. Very quiet, peaceful & flat. No phone signal. (Hence 4 stars, although it’s a blessing too!) There’s a gorgeous babbling brook across the road, which is a lovely place to sit. Lots of baby pheasants on the surrounding roads (so drive with care) & gorgeous birds of prey circling above. For even greater views, you can drive up the mountain to the view point (& beyond). Got a few looks from the very few cars that passed by, but most of the surrounding land is rented by a motocross education centre & the owner was really friendly & welcoming. If sleeping in a vehicle, it’s totally silent. In a tent, the sheep start bleating at 4am!

We pulled up at around 10pm, very quiet and starry and we could tell there was some gorgeous hills around too. 2 cars or small vans or a 1 motorhome easily fit here on the road, plenty of grass for the dog to play. Woke up at around 9 by dirt bikes going up the hill but quiet apart from that. And waking up to the amazing views was great.
