Car park on a slope, nice view of the sea, toilets and bins and picnic bench area. Saw sign for quick sand but was raining so we stopped in van and had lunch and drink before we moved on
Immense parking gratuit avec beaucoup d'espace et de toilettes. Mais pas de nuit ni de camping. Les campeurs l'utilisent régulièrement tout au long de l'année. NB les sables sont très dangereux avec un flux de marée rapide et s'approcher de l'épave risque notamment de se retrouver coincé dans les sables qui coulent Bel endroit pour les couchers de soleil
Massive free car park with plenty of space and toilets. No sleeping overnight or camping overnight though. Campers regularly use throughout the year NB the sands are very dangerous with fast tidal inflow and approaching the wreck in particular risks being stuck in sinking sands Beautiful spot for sunsets
Riesiger kostenloser Parkplatz mit viel Platz und Toiletten. Allerdings gibt es kein Schlafen über Nacht oder Zelten über Nacht. Camper nutzen den Strand regelmäßig das ganze Jahr über. Beachten Sie, dass der Sand sehr gefährlich ist, da die Gezeiten schnell einströmen. Insbesondere bei der Annäherung an das Wrack besteht die Gefahr, dass man im sinkenden Sand stecken bleibt. Schöner Ort für Sonnenuntergänge

pulled in here for breakfast great views toilets weren't open but a great place to stop
Scottishwanderers26/09/2023Great little beach, I have visited 3 times and never been bothered. Toilet block, bins, benches and picnic tables all available. No litter issues either.

This is a massive parking area. with toilets and bins lots of flat space, easy to get on the large flat beach. woukd be ace for paddling and paddleboards also a ship wreck you can walk to. very nice location.

Lovely place, came for lunch, had a walk around the beach and took the dog for a walk here. Couple of people around with dogs but everyone seems friendly

Huge parking area for a lovely beach, very interesting shipwreck in the bay. No overnight camping signs but loads of people staying and no one getting moved on.

It says no overnight but I've been here fir 3 nights now with no problems. Several other van's here too doing the same. 24 hour toilets with water tap. Kirkcudbright is 4 miles away with a Tesco and a CO OP. Very peaceful and relaxing place

Quiet place before school holls began but now very busy on warm days & busier on weekends. Big sign saying no overnight stops but lots of mohos, vans n tents stay for days!! Water tap in gents loo. Kids razz about in cars on weekends.
