Great stop over especially if you like cycling! Just arrived (evening) and as described. Very quiet.

Perfect quiet park up. We were there with one other van & had a really peaceful night. Sadly had to pick up litter left by others.

lovely place went to the pub for food it was amazing stayed 1 night. Spoke to a local who has said that during the summer someone had emptied their waste tank and now they are looking at stopping overnight stays, very upsetting. Please respect these places.

What a perfect spot, thanks for sharing. We spent two quiet nights here. Friendly locals, including one man who walks his dogs and cat. Potholes are still here but no problem for us in a 12m rig. Plenty of room. Nice walk along the trail though not much to see. Private, quiet, flat. A rare gem in the UK - there was very little rubbish! Let’s keep it that way - leave no trace.

Stayed 11/05/22 for one night. Nice little spot, very quiet night, only one other camper with us (space for more). Only saw a few dog walkers on the track and one tractor around 9am. As seen in other reviews the potholes are big but manageable.

Stayed 31/12/21 & 01/01/22. Great location, very quiet, one other van stayed as well. The pot holes are now massive.

Helpful tip was “it’s down the track beside The Railway Inn (HU11 5AP)” left by another reviewer. We stayed a Friday night and we had absolutely no problem staying here and would stay again for a stop over. No toilets or bins. Next to The Pennine Trail for walks.

The GPS is slightly off with this site. you turn right literally just before the pub. from the carpark you have access to a trail leading either to Hornsea, or Hull.

Pulled in to stop over night and watch the Football. Very quiet. No other Vans. it's on a lovely cycle trail or you can walk 5 Miles into Hornsea. very clean no litter. Lets keep it that way.

Lovely place very quite night, one other campervan but they left. Nice walk along old railway line. Set off main road enough room for six vans.

Fantastic location - very quiet set back from main road but is situated next to cycle paths so great if you want to explore - 7 miles to Hull, 6 to Hornsea. Felt very safe - just us and a another van. Approx 4-6 parking spaces depending on size - few potholes but nothing major. The car park is right next door to The Railway Inn - we hadn’t booked but popped in and had the most amazing meal! Staff very friendly and accommodating - highly recommend.

Nice quiet place,lovely walks/cycle path. Close to pub.stayed 2 nights no problems,no knocks on the door. 10/10

Very good nights sleep.. felt safe 2 other Motorhomes there. Great dog walking on old railway line ,pub close by.
