Small grassy area on the loch shore, just off the road, not a layby but still road side although it has a small entrance so is fairly private, good beach to use, fire pit, stunning views of the loch

Just off the main road, beautiful views of the Loch. We stayed on a Tuesday night - some road noise but the surroundings make up for it! You can hear the water splashing onto the beach areas during the night, very peaceful. Worth noting that there was some rubbish left over from others (loo roll, broken glass). Please take everything with you when you leave!

Very nice. Stunning 180 degrees view on the loch. Small beach. Space for 2, no more. Minus 1 star for the road noise.

Loved this park up. We went on a sunny Saturday, it was only our van. Very peaceful. No issues with the midgies, during the day. Didn't go swimming as there were warning signs for blue/green algea, better safe than sorry. Had beautiful evening , cooking on the beach. Perfect spot, the noise of cars died down after 9pm. Stunning views. Only down side was rubbish left behind/midgies in the evening.

Beautiful spot! Perfect for camping. There‘s a fire place and the ground is flat which is ideally if you plan to use a tent. The traffic along the road is not much and especially during evening hours becomes more and more quiet. As you look westward, sunlight can be enjoyed within late evening.

Lovely wee spot right on the Loch, we stayed one night. Stunning views and nice for a swim. Road not too busy. So many midgies in the morning we had to do a rapid escape, but on a breezy day they wouldn’t be as bad.

Great little spot with cute beach and amazing views. We stayed one night (Saturday) the main road wasn’t busy so it was rather peaceful. One little problem or should I say 2 million tiny little problems bring a head net for the morning

It is right on the main road so you can hear traffic at all times of day but the views of the loch and the hills with the little beach make up for it. We stayed there for one night by ourselves and weren’t bothered by anyone.

Lovely spot right off the main road, which does mean some traffic noise, but well worth it for the lochside space with its own private little beach with crystal clear water and mountain views. The road noise eases off in the evening, so is not a huge issue at all. Evidence of others leaving toilet paper and having smashed glass bottles in the past which is a shame. Highly recommended.

Great wee spot, aye its next to the road but as of 17.00 when I write this it has already quietened significantly. I was also greeted by 2 beautiful swans who are obviously used to being fed when someone pulls in.

Gorgeous place. We spent two nights here, we were alone the whole time, never got bothered. Little road noise but quiets down after 9pm. Rather windy but hey, it’s Scotland in November, ha. Full 4G signal.

We were lucky enough to have the space to ourselves, but definitely enough space for two vehicles. Gorgeous little beach area and views across the loch. Would recommend Coylet Inn just under 30 mins walk along the loch for a nice meal/drinks. Full mobile/internet service.

Nice spot in nature but a constant noise of the power station and the road nearby…

An absolute gem of a spot! A little road noise but it did quieten down, and the spot is big enough to feel ‘tucked away’, especially when sat on the shore! Left 4* because unfortunately lots of rubbish left, broken glass, cans, toilet paper etc. which is a shame. Bagged up as much as possible but still felt uncomfortable letting our dog onto the beach and worried where we were walking!

One of my favourite spots I’ve been to! Had the place to myself, with its own little private beach. I paddled along a bit further north and there’s some chairs and table set up on a tiny beach facing the sun - you maybe able to get there along the road and cutting through a bit of trees. Though a bit of a busy road I happily slept through it in my car until 9am.

Amazing spot, bit of road traffic but you won't get a better view. Private little beach, amazing .

Nice spot if you don’t mind the road.

A great wee find in a stunning spot overlooking the hills and Loch. We were lucky to get this spot on a roasting hot Friday evening and we stayed for the whole weekend. Driving on road dies down in evening and it’s so quiet and peaceful. Beach space to have a firepit. Enough room for two vans. *Warning signs of Blue/Green algae in water so careful if your bringing a dog in the summer.
