Very nice place with a very beautiful view!! The road is close by and due to that you can hear the traffic. But it is not much at night. And the view is really great, plus a highlight this morning…an old steam train came along.

Schöner Parkplatz in der Nähe der Straße, aber nachts ruhig. Perfekte Sicht auf die Landschaft.

Views stunning, seen an eagle. Lovely lay-by separated by shrubbery and grassland. Good place for an overnight stop. However, the midges are in force. Went outside to take some photos and got swarmed by hundreds of the little scottish piranhas. Used citronella incense sticks to deter them. Lovely place just have repellent and incense sticks.

For a road lay-by this is one of the best in the area along this road. It’s set well off the road with shrubbery between you and the traffic. Some traffic noise is to be expected but this wasn’t a problem at all. There’s probably room for approx 5 motorhomes. There is also a bin provided. I highly recommend for an overnight stop. Also safe for anyone with dogs. Another stop 1/4 mile on other side.

nice little layby off the road just east of Achnasheen, we couldn't get a site or stopped in Lochcarron so ventured on and stumbled on this place, very quiet, road quiet after 8pm, nice views over the mountains

super beau spot, la rivière, la prairie, les montagnes, les sapins et une voie ferrée, on se croirait très loin...
