24/hr toilets, super quiet (except two drunk teenagers who did disappear after a while). Beautiful location!

Easily top 2 of parks up we've parked at on our travels so far. Beautiful views and extremely quiet when we stayed, only 1 other camper. Toilets are within a few metres of the first parking space and are fully lit at night. I honestly can't fault this park up.

This a lovely spot to stay. It had toilets and bins, with a lovely river running beside it. There is no phone signal, but there is a shop at the top of the hill if you need anything. The ground is flat, with no uneven surface.

Heel rustige plaats met een prachtig uitzicht. Een favoriet!

Stayed here last night perfect stop over nice walk toilets very quite local dog walkers very polite I think this is in the top 5 stop overs for me liked it so much been back now for the last 3 nights

lovely, tranquil spot, plenty big enough for a 6 or 7 vans/motorhomes. Tight, steep and sharp bends to get to it, BUT someone has managed to get a large motorhome down, so it can be done, bit hair raising I'd imagine!! Very quiet, quite dark, with a little light coming from the toilet block. Nice short walks along the River in either direction. Friendly local shops. Would definitely return.

Step to get down but fine for our motor home! Lovely little picnic spot, free parking, toilets need a bit of TLC but that doesn’t matter! Great walks to the castle, the kids loved it!

  • 5/5

Beautiful spot here, please take good care of it. Had a nice one night stay.

  • 5/5

Don't get much better than this. Quiet apart from a few dog walkers, toilets open 24 hours, river view, picnic tables. Also, we were given a very warm welcome from the locals at the Mason's Arms pub. Diolch. Surprising good village shop just by the entrance to the lane with lots of local products.

I would give this place more than 5 Stars, if I could. so lovely and quiet! I had a good night and breakfast on one of the picnic tables! Road down narrow and steep, but you already know that ..

  • 4/5

This is a gem so please respect it so we can keep visiting. Definitely not for vans wider than 2m - my van is 2m and there is a section between a wall and a hedge where I was clipping the hedge and inches from the wall. Also very tight bend and steep.

a real find. I have a peugeot boxer LWB and I would not recommend anything larger. very peaceful and remote right next to the river. as others have said , please look after it.

  • 5/5

Amazing little gem, toilets clean and open 24hrs. Few people staying there a few nights ago but really quiet and friendly. Direct access to the river, beautiful paddle board before breakfast with no one about. Walks along the river too and a near by castle. If your in the area we’ll worth exploring Mwnt and Cardigan.

  • 5/5

Beautiful spot right by the river. The reviews already mention all this but public toilets were open all night. Picnic benches & bins all around. We were the only people staying here overnight and people only started coming down just after 9am. Spoke to a local guy who said it’s fine for people to stay as long as they are respectful and quiet, as council are trying to sell the land & facilities.

Everything good has been said about this place already. No problems, all quiet. Busy with paddleboarders when we arrived, cleared within an hour, so plenty of choice where to park. Dog walkers during daylight hours. One other couple stayed the night here. Excellent, friendly café in Castle Square. A local apologised for disturbance caused by builder's merchant delivery in the morning...

One of the best spots we stayed on our Wales trip! Everything you need and a lovely walking path near. Defo stay again!

  • 5/5

Please please please if you stay here then full respect of the place, perfect little spot for an overnight. Lit toilets which are decent and clean, picnic benches overlooking river. Plenty of bins so absolutely zero need for dropping rubbish. Please keep this area tidy its far too good of a spot to lose, few friendly locals spoke to me, suggests people do behave so let's all keep it that way :)

a stunning place to stay public toilets open all night ,no problems with locals ,but best to keep noise down so this beautiful spot dont get ruined .quite narrow road leading down perfect for paddle board or kayak launch spot and a stunning walk

  • 4/5

Wow! What a place to wake up to in the morning. We arrived around 7ish in the evening. Very quiet and peaceful. Clean toilets open all night. Would advice keeping the noise down not to disturb residents. was approached by 1 chap in the morning asking me to turn my engine off because of the environment, I was only clearing my steamy windows before I left. Other residents polite and welcoming

Beautiful, picturesque spot. Easy walk into town or up to a castle (closed in evenings). We managed the narrow drive in our VW LT35. We stayed one night with 2 other vans. Toilets were open all night. Women's toilets were clean and had toilet paper, soap etc, mens toilets apparently not so great but still a great location. Would stay again!

  • 5/5

really quiet spot, great for any suppers toilets open all night and a short walk to a friendly village pub

  • 5/5

This place is beautiful. Very quiet and picturesque.

  • 4/5

very much same as previous reviews very tight to access at the very top got down in 6 metres van 2.1 metres wide but tight watch your mirrors.

  • 5/5

A lovely level, quiet camp spot. Picnic tables & toilets available. Dog walkers & Paddle boarders use this area. A narrow road which is the only way in & out. It is right on the river Tefi which has great walks. A lovely village at the top of the hill. Had a lovely breakfast in the cafe. A castle is nearby, however we didn't get time to explore as we were visiting a museum nearby (Internal Fire).

  • 5/5

Great spot near the river. toilets open 24/7. friendly locals, and nice village shop up the hill. Please be considerate so this place won't be spoiled.

  • 5/5

Beautiful spot with 24/7 access to the toilets, clean picknick benches and access to water if you bring a SUP. There’s a sign saying no Caravans, bit friends of us stayed there with their motorhome overnight which was fine.

  • 5/5

We stayed there last night. No signs that we saw. Really peaceful and quiet overnight. A robin hopped into the van in the morning. Locals were very friendly. Yes, some canoeists. Toilets lit and open all night.

  • 2/5

Great view. Signs for no overnight camping. Man came out with torch likely to move us on but retreated as we started to pull out. Shame as stunning view next to waterfall.

  • 4/5

Nice spot even if it's just beneath the town. Being a Saturday night, the morning was really quiet. There is a sign which says caravans prohibited.
