Great stopover! Especially with it being only an hour awag from Snowdon. Super friendly staff free to stay over night if you have a meal with them (food was beautiful and a good price) they have 2 large car parks one to the front and another large at the back what is nice and private back door to the inn was left open meaning 24/7 access to toilets
Ideal stopover. Carpark at rear reasonably level. Pub staff very friendly. Two vegan and one veggie options on the menu. Beer okay and a toilet next door at the garage for early morning starts.
Lovely place to stay for the night. Great service, friendly and welcoming staff along with excellent food. This is on a regular route for us and we will be back
What a find! Lovely owners. Lovely staff. Lovely quiet and safe place. Great food at reasonable price. And it’s free. They even leave the very nice toilet open during the night. I’m staying a second night. They even found containers for me to use for water.

Lovely old pub, have stayed in rooms before and they're great. Pulled up 6.30ish on a Sunday, fine for an overnight if we ate in the pub, food till 8pm Sundays. Good food, quiet night's sleep. Toilets available off peak, no showers or water disposal but helpful friendly staff. Park on top level of rear carpark for a flat space. Fuel and small shop behind parking, free WiFi.
Great find. Parked in back car park, very dog friendly in the pub (my dog’s first ever time in a pub). Food was delicious . Plan to revisit again
Great meal, good prices, warm welcome, went out of their way to assist . A really beautiful old hotel. Took on water as well. Plenty of space and privacy in rear carpark.

Hatten hier einen schönen Abend und eine sehr ruhige Nacht. Der hintere Parkplatz ist tatsächlich besser und oben auch gerade. Haben in Restaurant gefragt ob wir über Nacht bleiben dürfen. Haben sehr lecker gegessen, einige Drinks gehabt und Dart gespielt. Wir empfehlen diesen Platz auf jedenfall weiter!
Lovely food and lovely staff. Helpful and friendly. Good place for a free stop over if you happy to buy a meal. Parking space ok, not quite even surfaced car park but manageable :-)
Booked in for a meal and to stay the night. The service was so bad we left early and moved onto a lovely spot near Bala.
