Fantastic spot. got here late at night and was only two other campers here. pretty quiet only a few cars passing one the main road next to the car parking spot. cars became more frequent after 8am. fantastic view!

This is a great spot for an overnight stay. Right by the lake, 4G and we were the only ones overnight. No signs to say you can’t. Not completely flat but close enough. By the road but vert quiet.

Great views to wake up to....road close but I didn’t hear it. Peaceful night and no signs to say you couldn’t stay - please take your rubbish away and keep this beauty available for us - fishing is £3 on a day pass

Great location! Best night sleep in the van of the trip. Only one more campervan there. Great views of the lake and the stars... 10 minute walk into the town with a few pubs etc. Blink and you'll miss the turn into the car park, best approached from the village

Stayed here 08/20 and can confirm it's a great spot. No barrier or signage great views across the lake. Heard overnight The area sits below and is seperated from the road. It is tarmaced and relatively flat. 10-15 minute walk into Bala for pubs, shops and eateries. Take a torch as the streetlighting stops short of the location.

Beautiful spot. No signage and had no issue camping here. We were the only people and it was very quiet. Tarmac small car park right next to the road with steps down to the lake and good spots to launch kayak/go for a dip from tiny rocky beach. 3 min cycle/10 min walk into town. There are also toilets and showers just further down at the larger car park. Highly recommend!

Excellent place, beautiful view's,it is very close to the main road however really quiet at night.

Really beautiful spot. But we did get knocked on by the warden in the morning though who said there was no overnight parking. However at the time of writing this there was no signs up. It is by the road but quiet at night.
