This block is open. Waste disposal is available outside (large commercial sized bin). Toilets were cleaned around 12 noon. No seat on men’s toilet. No hot water. Water can be obtained by fitting an attachment to the men’s sink tap and running a hose out the window.

Not the cleanest, but it is open during Covid19 times! plus there is water from the taps available. We were here 12/09/2020
