nice wee spot with good walking nearby, with access down to largs through the country paths and forest. quite near the road which you can hear, but was the only one overnight (it was a wild n windy night in Jan to be fair!)
Parking point de vue. Le petit parking tranquille ne peut pas de vue sur la route à cause des arbres et suffisamment éloigné pour ne pas entendre la circulation. Beaucoup de bancs de pique-nique et des poubelles. Il y a des sentiers pour une belle promenade jusqu'à des points de vue sur les îles environnantes. Limite de hauteur de 2,4 m, donc seulement approprié pour les petites fourgonnettes ou les voitures.
Viewpoint car park. Quiet little car park cannot see the road due to trees and is far enough from it that you can't hear traffic. Lots of picnic benches and bins. There is trails for a nice walk up to view points overlooking the surrounding islands. height limit of 2.4m so only suitable for smaller vans or cars.
Aussichtspunkt Parkplatz. Der ruhige kleine Parkplatz kann die Straße aufgrund der Bäume nicht sehen und ist weit genug davon entfernt, dass Sie keinen Verkehr hören können. Viele Picknickbänke und -behälter. Es gibt Wanderwege für einen schönen Spaziergang zu Aussichtspunkten mit Blick auf die umliegenden Inseln. Höhenbegrenzung von 2,4m also nur für kleinere Transporter oder PKW geeignet.

SodeBerre04/08/2023Tout est dit par Mellhic. Par beau temps, la petite marche est très sympathique. La route est un peu passante la nuit mais cela est très supportable. Si vous montez un peu plus haut vers la balade, trois tables de pic nic supplémentaires vous attendent. Bon Trip à Tous !!

Joli parking pour plusieurs vans de moins de 2,40m, La balade sur les points de vu est agréable, des locaux sympathiques viennent en promenade ici, 2 tables de pic nique a dispo ainsi que 3 poubelles. signal 4g ok. ok chien. Seul bémol la petite route est très passante de 7h à 23h. le parking est de niveau du cotés opposé au table.

Lovely place for a night or two. Stayed with a small van. Beautiful walks and chaffinches. Watched bats and bunnies.

Great little spot just outside Largs. But don’t stay here if you have hopes of walking into Largs town; the twisting, busy and fast road down makes this walk extremely unpleasant and dangerous. I would certainly not recommend this spot if you have young children.

Near the road, but not too busy with traffic... Peaceful, great views... Will def be returning!

Stayed here a couple of times. good facilies, with bins and tables. quiet and away from the road, flat and good signal. does get busy with people coming and going until late on in the evening so not private.
