Perfect calm night. The sign says 5gel but no one asked for anything. The ranger did ask to see our permit to take the hikes in the area which we picked up in Borjomi but I believe they can also issue them. Small fire pits around. A great starting point for the many hikes in the national park. You need to drive over a small stream for entry which was possible in our L3H2 relay.

Es ist sehr ruhig und wir verbrachten eine Nacht ganz alleine. Eine weitere Nacht haben wir unser Auto dort geparkt um die Wanderung inkl. Übernachtung auf dem Gipfel zu starten. Pro Tag kostet der Platz 5 GEL. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich. Trinkwasser gibt es auch. Allerdings muss man ca. 100 Meter vor dem Platz einen kleinen Fluss überqueren. Könnte bei starkem Regen problematisch sein.

A little parking in the forest. Nice owner takes 5 GEL per night. No wind and a lot of insects so keep the doors closed. WARNING: offroad access. Latest 200m are dirty and you should cross the river. No place to turn around. Possible on 6-7m van but longer could be dangerous. Check the road before drive.
Lovely quiet place. At the very edge of the national park. Friendly helpful owner. Stayed for 5 days and would happily return.
Toller Platz mit super Möglichkeiten den Nationalpark zu erkunden. Der Besitzer ist wirklich nett und es gibt gutes Trinkwasser. Kein Service, aber Lagerfeuer und Ruhe.

Spot parfait, aucun bruit durant la nuit, très spacieux et propre. Nous avons payé 5 Gel (1,70€). L’accès est facile, pas besoin d’avoir un 4x4,. Petit passage de rivière absolument pas difficile.
Nous n’avons pas réussi à passer avec notre Fiat Ducato 2WD car il fallait traverser une petite rivière.
Beautiful spot. A little bit of a challenging road, but we managed with low clearance and 2wd (but going slow).
Really nice Place. With a 8tons truck (7,5m x 3,2m x 2,5m) it was no problem but bigger would be difficult. Trinking water is available. Owner askes for 5 Lari. He is a really nice guy and speaks a little bit english. It's the second campground. Just follow the signs uphill.
Schöner Platz mit sehr freundlichem Besitzer. 5 GEL pro Nacht. In der Nebensaison waren wir eigentlich alleine (bis auf ein geparktes KFZ von Besuchern des Parks).
