Parking lot at picnic area with fireplace, dry toilet, big garbage bin and big covered seating area. Just walk up the hill to be right at the crystal clear lake. Nobody here in mid-October but probably very busy in the summer.

L'endroit est très tranquille au bout d'une impasse. Le lac est propre et les perches viennent vous observer quand vous vous baignez. Une seul personnes est passé. Les autres restent au premier parking

Our campsite is located at the foot of Schönbühel Castle, between Melk and Aggstein on the right bank of the Danube. On an area of around 7,000 m², with beautiful old trees, every camper will find a place to relax and unwind. The campsite is located directly on the Danube cycle path and a comfortable distance from the nearest road. To ensure that your physical well-being is not neglected, there is a restaurant with an inviting terrace and a winter garden right on site. Rooms and apartments offer a spectacular view of the Danube and Schönbühel Castle. Swimming opportunities can be found right on the doorstep - adventure, culture and nature - everyone gets their money's worth here. Schönbühel is the perfect starting point for various excursions and adventures. If you want to end the evening romantically, this is also the right place. The campsite faces west and offers the most beautiful sunsets in the Wachau in the evenings. Your safety is also well taken care of, the flood protection surrounds the campsite and offers our guests maximum safety.

A quiet and peaceful place away from the city crowd. The campsite is new, has toilets, showers and electricity connection. If you like birds singing and being close to nature - this is the place for you ! Next to it, the R10 bicycle route takes you to the city in 10 minutes.
