Des sentiers de randonnée, du vélo, l'observation de la faune et des tir à la cible se trouvent à proximité de cette zone de loisirs. Également à environ 40 minutes en voiture du parc national des Pinnacles.

The road in is paved, however it is a bit bumpy with pot holes that have been filled in. Each campsite is on level ground and includes a fire ring, picnic table, ramada over the picnic table, and a grill. There is a vault toilet on the campground as well. No trash service or cell signal at the campsite. There is a second free BLM campground about a mile down the road called Laguna Mountain Campground if this one is full. There are hiking trails, bicycling, wildlife viewing, and target shooting nearby at this recreation area. Also about 40min by car from Pinnacles National Park.

Es gibt einen zweiten kostenlosen BLM-Campingplatz etwa eine Meile die Straße hinunter, der Laguna Mountain Campground, wenn dieser voll ist. In der Nähe dieses Erholungsgebiets gibt es Wanderwege, Möglichkeiten zum Radfahren, zur Beobachtung von Wildtieren und zum Schießen von Zielen. Ebenfalls ca. 40 Autominuten vom Pinnacles National Park entfernt.
