Le Swan Inn at Coombe Hill possède un parking de très bonne taille. Sur une position élevée avec une belle vue. Le directeur, Simon est très sympathique et vous demande juste un repas dans son pub. L'endroit est vraiment sympa et la nourriture est de bonne qualité. Il fournira de l'eau fraîche et prendra vos ordures si demandé.
The Swan Inn at Coombe Hill has a very good sized car park. On an elevated position with good views. The manager, Simon is very friendly and just asks that you but a meal in his pub. The place is really nice and food is good quality. He will provide fresh water and take your rubbish if asked.
Das Swan Inn at Coombe Hill verfügt über einen sehr großen Parkplatz. An erhöhter Lage mit schöner Aussicht. Der Manager Simon ist sehr freundlich und bittet Sie einfach um eine Mahlzeit in seinem Pub. Der Ort ist wirklich schön und das Essen ist von guter Qualität. Er sorgt für frisches Wasser und nimmt auf Wunsch Ihren Müll mit.

called in for a drink, 2 other campers in the car park, I did not stop as I was meeting a friend later. as I was ordering , I asked about stopping overnight in the future. the landlord said campers are more than welcome, its nice if people eat here as but as long as they have a couple of drinks, he would be happy. Nice pub the food is good. you will need your blocks as the car park slopes
Großer, abschüssiger Schotter-Parkplatz mit Picknicktische direkt an einer Landstraße. Weil wir an einem sehr beliebten Feiertagswochende auf keinem Campingplatz mehr einen Platz gefunden haben und sind wir hier spontan vorbeigekommen. Das Personal im Swan Inn war extrem freundlich. Das Essen war sehr gut und nicht teuer. Der Platz war uns zum schlafen dann allerdings zu einsam und ungemütlich.
Don’t bother. We drove in looking to stay for food or a drink. Immediately met by the manger I assume who was very unfriendly and told us we couldn’t park there or eat or even have a drink at the pub as he had over 100 bookings. There were only three other cars there at this time so not busy yet. We would happily have sat outside by the play area with a drink and some crisps but we were clearly not at all welcome so we left straight away and went 2 mins down the road to the Gloucester old spot which we’ve been to many times - always friendly with delicious food. I will never stop at the Swan again.
The pub was closed when we arrived at 4pm. No food available. We moved to The Gloucester Old Spot nearby. we didn't want to be alone in sn empty car park.
I arrived just after 9pm, unfortunately the food had finished so a large G&T and a bag of crisps. Large car park on a bit of a slope but a great welcome, be aware that last orders is at 10pm. Really nice pub
Had a lovely meal , stopped for one night .temporary roadworks at the moment but no great issue,little supermarket and garage right opposite the car park,would definitely stop again.
Last minute decision to have a nights stop over. The Swan was great. Lovely food washed down with a thatchers x
Stayed one night following a nice pub meal. Didn't find the road noisy.
Stayed here 19th June 2021, sadly the only van in the carpark. Top right hand corner is almost completely level and you can even get the pub wi-fi there. Simon and his staff are very friendly and hospitable, we had a lovely meal and plenty of rather good beer. Would definitely stay again if we're out that way.
Planned to go here for a meal out knowing we could park in the carpark overnight. a nice family dinner out with no arguments on who's driving home! Thanks to the Swan for a great stop over.
Very friendly staff and welcoming. Good food and ale. Car park on a slight slope. No dogs allowed inside. Great stop over.
