Accès très limite le camping-car frotte sans arrêt en largeur et hauteur en haut beaucoup de rassemblement de jeunes et aussi pour d’autres moment
Parking gratuit, très calme la nuit, beaux paysages. Longue piste depuis la route principale et grande section en montée, mais place pour faire demi-tour une fois en haut et quelques parkings plats. Aucune restriction de hauteur.
Free parking, very quiet overnight, beautiful scenery. Long track from main road and big uphill section, but room to turn around once up the top and a couple of flat parking areas. No height restrictions.
had the distrct wardens knock on the door of all the Van's that were there saying that we cant stay overnight I have been getting the same thing all over the district. also you get a lot of young people in cars making a lot of noise and leaving a lot of mess
Kostenlose Parkplätze, sehr ruhig über Nacht, schöne Landschaft. Langer Weg von der Hauptstraße und dem großen bergauf gelegenen Abschnitt, aber Platz zum Umdrehen oben und ein paar flache Parkplätze. Keine Höhenbeschränkungen.

Good spot, hill up was pot holey and not for a much wider vehicle than our vw t4 but worth it for a free night and nice views. It was very busy though, constant stream of people from about between 6am-8pm. There were a group of lads playing football in the car park and another group turned up listening to music etc but they were harmless.
taochris19/09/2022Toller Platz mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Jedoch für breite Wohnmobile nicht zu empfehlen. Die Fahrbahn ist zu schmal und die Hecken nicht beschnitten.

Tres bon spot avec une vue imprenable. Pas mal de gentils locaux qui viennent promener leurs chiens tôt le matin. Attention la route qui amène au spot est assez étroite, pas facile de se croiser !
DieEinsteigercrew26/08/2022Wir haben hier einen ganzen Tag und die Nacht verbracht. Obwohl es hier viele Besucher hat, ist der Platz hier sehr sauber. Leider gibt es hier aber keine Mülleimer. Zum Übernachten ist der Platz wirklich super. Wandern kann man hier auch gut. Es liegen aber leider viele Hundehaufen auf dem Weg.

Lovely view, nice road leading to the area. Very peaceful but a bit windy in my roof top tent in the morning. Locals come at about 6 for walks and cycling but we’re no bother. Location on map was spot on I believe. I will come back soon!

Nice, remote, calm parking spot with stunning view. Ideal for vans, more difficult for campers to reach via a narrow winding road. Starting point for hikers and cyclists (South Down Way). Locals start to arrive at 6AM to walk with their dogs. Address is not correct: it’s Chantry Lane.

About previous review:It’s a lane..wide parts, narrow parts, pull-ins. I have a swb vito & was fine, & didn’t find it steep. I arrived 7pm, plenty of space. A few dog walkers & cyclists. Farmer was spraying fields and asked me to move over and was friendly. No bother from locals. Car came around 11 with some low music, left before 12. Peaceful night, first dog walker arrived 6.45am. Views great!
sl1ck03/04/2022really nice place the views are amazing but hard to get to the single track road is long and steep it's hard for a swb t5 to get past an oncoming car and loads of over hanging branches easy to get ur motor scratched and halfway up seems to be a fallen tree in the road that has been cut to get through but extremely tight to get through. all that being said we'll worth it for the veiws

Lovely views. No issue sleeping. Quite a long narrow road uphill.
