Great little place to stay if going along the M5. Relatively busy up until about 11pm but calms down afterwards. Road noise starts around 7am. Would stay here again

Was alright stopover just for a night. Good spot if you are driving up or down the M5

We arrived at this lay-by at about 10.30pm. There were 2 HGVs parked up and a couple of cars. These car drivers appeared to be engaged in some kind of dogging activity, there was headlight flashing, horn beeping and solo males walking up and down, and other cars coming and going. This did stop sometime around 12.30 am. The road nearby does become very noisy after 04.00 am.

Decent parking spot with plenty of spaces. Unfortunately quite a lot of noisy traffic during night. Earplugs recommended

Good place to stop for the night, few lorry’s and motorhome. Just off M5.

Nothing special, just a decent size layby providing a peaceful night's sleep. Can hear road noise as quite close to busy road but was quiet through the night. Would stay again if needed.

So very handy as a stop of. Literally 2 minutes from the m5. Had a great sleep!

Very handy for night if the traffic noise doesn't bother you. Bacon butties from the van for breakfast.

Stayed overnight traffic dies down about 10pm and starts again about 6am, you need to be watching out for the turn in as it's not well signposted and easy to miss when dark. no issues staying here and for pure convenience would stay again.

Unfortunately on the night we stayed the traffic was pretty relentless throughout the night and being so close to the traffic we did not sleep well. We've stayed in lay-bys before but this was a step too far for us.

Really good place for a stopover. Quiet at night with very little traffic, also being set back a bit from the road helps. Often lorries late at night so be mindful of leaving space for them too. Also a snack bar that sets up in the morning for a snack and coffee.

    Convenient stopover.

Great for a quick stop and a snack during the day. Overnight is fine once the traffic dies down.

Free and convenient for a late stopover off the M5. Got here 9:30 pm pretty quiet on a bank holiday weekend.

Noisey during day, but quietens down at night. Lovely walk over the hills along the footpath running from the lay-by. Food van during the day. Had a good nights sleep.

Very busy lay by late at night, so decided not to stay in the end.

Long lay by along the side of the road. approx 20 mtrs away from road
