Sehr unruhiger Parkplatz, es war viel Verkehr für eine abgelegene Straße. Es ist auch ziemlich windig dort. Ansonsten Nix besonderes mit wenig Platz.
Stationnement en gravier sur une colline près d'un coin de campagne avec vue sur la rivière Adur. Non loin de la jonction A27 avec l'A283 à Shoreham donc un peu de bruit éloigné de l'autoroute en bas de la colline. Site populaire auprès des promeneurs mais sinon assez calme.
Gravel parking layby on a hill near a countryside spot with views over the Adur river. Not far from the A27 junction with the A283 at Shoreham so some distant noise from the motorway down the hill. Popular site with dogwalkers but otherwise fairly quiet.
Kiesparkplatz auf einem Hügel in der Nähe eines ländlichen Ortes mit Blick auf den Fluss Adur. Nicht weit von der A27-Kreuzung mit der A283 in Shoreham entfernt, also etwas entferntes Geräusch von der Autobahn den Hügel hinunter. Beliebte Seite mit Dogwalkern, aber sonst ziemlich ruhig.

LolaStone01/08/2023Sehr schöner Parkplatz, wenn man Glück hat und einen Parkplatz bekommt (Platz für ca. 3 Wohnmobile, kleinere Autos können ein Stück rauf auf dem Parkplatz parken) Straße ist relativ gut befahrene und das gitter nervt etwas. Aber sonst hat man eine super Aussicht und kann schön durch den Mill Hill Park spazieren.

très bien poir un.depannage au bord d un.parc naturel.il.n y a pas bcp de place et on.entend en.continue les bruits des routes en.bas mais pour une nuit c est ok..merci aux premiers d avoir partagé le coin !!! vous pouvez du campement faire des balades..très belle vue des qu il y a un point de soleil..hésitez pas
BronEB16/05/2023Had a pleasant and undisturbed night at this pretty spot. 6 meter vehicles fit no problems. 7 would be tight. Quite level gravel surface. The small country lane is surprisingly busy, even through the night when we stayed. Cattle grid noise is easy to get used to. A possibly occupied and immobile caravan and one other overnighting campervan were the only others on our Saturday night stay.

Schön gelegener Parkplatz mit schönem Blick direkt an einer kleinen Straße. Guter Ausgangspunkt für eine kleine Wanderung zum Mill Hill. Überraschenderweise ist die kleine Straße relativ stark befahren und das Überfahren des Grit ist ziemlich laut. Auf dem Platz standen auch zwei Dauercamper. Die Straße etwas weiter ist ein schönerer Parkplatz, mit enger Zufahrt - nur für kleine Camper..

Gut erreichbar, genug Platz und sauber. Von der Autobahn haben wir nichts gehört, ab und fuhren Einheimische übers Viehgitter, was teils ein wenig laut sein kann, ansonsten Top!
Golfcamper04/08/2022Prachtig uitzicht! Heerlijk om zo na een overnachting aan het ontbijt te zitten! We waren niet de enige camperaar… met geluk nog een vlakke plek voor ons… en s avonds met uitzicht over de velden, de zee en op een prachtig verlichte toren.

Nice views and nice for walks. The highway noise is quite audible all night and locals race up & down the hill (especially loud on the cattle grid) but still a nice and clean spot to sleep, especially if a bit of noise doesn’t bother you.

easy to find even in the dark. 2-3 other campers. peaceful at night. morning view was unreal. would stay again.

Really beautiful scenery, few other vans parked in the evening. Quite a few cars going past over noisy cattle grid but we were so knackered we slept like babies. Busy in the late morning with hikers and dog walkers. No problems at all :)

Great spot, lovely view and quiet. The only drawback was the rat(s?!) by the bin - the bins weren’t overflowing at all when we were there, as the reviewer below us mentioned, but it’s still a little off-putting when you see a rat. At least it was probably too big to squeeze its way into our van haha!

Disgusting rubbish everywhere, bins overflowing & people have left bags of toilet paste at the side of the verge. I waited a few minutes and observed six rats running around the bins. Needless to say I didn’t stay the night!

Fantastic spot for an overnight stop. Quiet at night. No restrictions but didn’t hang around too long in the morning. Great view out over Shoreham. No services, space for maybe 5 vehicles.
Adv4n30/08/2020Fantastic spot for a large motorhome. Space for at least 6 vans. Views across Shoreham and Lancing College is stunning. Nice walks for the dog. Would definitely return if in the area again.

FingalsTheVan18/08/2020Our favorite camper spot! Lovely view. Really quite - you can absolutely enjoy the peace of nature. We even had a shower outside here! You have a real privat spot, when no one other is parking there. Really recommend it. About 5-6 parking spots. Woke up with sheep’s I front of our van. Also there is a Tesco about 5 min away if you need a toilet or shopping.
