Not the best.. Local youths causing a disturbance outside the campsite. Compound meant to be gated for security, but the gate had been knocked out the ground.. Toilet facilities not maintained.

We stayed one night in a tag axle. Level parking on grass. Dogs had a great time. Nice walks. Had a really nice meal in a cafe in town, easy walking distance.

Nice, flat fields. V helpful staff. Lots of interesting rowing activity going on, and access to the rowing club bar! Good hot showers. Easy and convenient. Thank you!

Really nice, cheap, especially if on your own! £10 per person. Showers and loos and next to park and sori plesant walk into town. Nearby playground fur kids.

Brilliant, safe and convenient stopover. Clean toilets, fresh water, hot showers, WC disposal point. Nice, friendly, helpful volunteers running the site. You can pay online or in the bar of it's open. 8min walk to town centre. Some comment below about access and getting stuck, but there's a fair bit of hardstanding going down in the bit between the bridge and the field. Thanks for a great stop.

Came to the campsite, gate was closed. Has even taken money off us. Unable to get through to anyone in regards to our ‘stay’. Very unhappy as we cannot deal with anyone to get a refund back. Travelled all the way from Birmingham to stay here as it was ‘ideal’ for us. Would appreciate if someone could help us. Thanks

It’s £10 per person per night. Very large field uncut but who cares, toilets and showers clean short walk into Ross on wye with plenty of pubs cafe and takeaways. Lidl is five min walk away through the park.

Went to the camping field today to be turned away as they were unsure the weight of our bus/ motor home would cross their bridge. Okay open the second entrance which doesn’t need to go over a bridge, no comment so needless to say we didn’t stay there

This is a basic field with no facilities, but is in a great location by the river and easy walking distance to the town. Ideal for a group as there’s no strict pitches. You pull up and there you stop. I loved it.

Stayed 2 nights. Field very wet. Got stuck. Debbie's husband tried to tow us out, no joy. Arranged for farmer tow us had to stay an extra night though but d not not charged. Location excellent with thn no more than 5 minutes walk to town and superb for cycling in the Wye Valley. Debbie was welcoming and helpful. would definitely recommend this site but be cautious if there has been heavy rain.

Excellent location only minutes from the town centre with a great selection of pubs and shops including supermarkets for provisions. Basic amenities but do have toilets and chemical waste disposal. Great welcome from the members. Invited us for a drink in their outdoor bar. Lovely spot

Great camp site. 5 min walk from centre of Ross. Fees include launch fee for boats/kayaks. Covid secure. Plenty of space. Great find.
