Lovely site, we go and it to ourselves but that was at the end of March. Great views of the river and the most amazing church. Highly recommend. I believe they have a bar during peak season and a pub within walking distance for those that require. Great phone signal on EE.

Beautiful campsite, clean and ideal for those who has any water sport equipment. Lovely place and even lovely people. Food was great there! Dog friendly too, will definitely be back with our little pooch! Thank you!

Great site, suitable for MH. Direct access to be the river, cafe on site and pub at the end of the road. No showers but portaloo toilets available. mostly recommended.

Some camp sites just get it right! Immaculate facilities without the fuss erring towards none commercial campers. Suitable for non electric mohos and vans. Used by tent campers and people camping while canoeing down the Wye. No showers just taps and waste facilities. Cost us £26 for 2 the van and 2 dugs. Got the feeling there’s a festival vibe at weekends…

Just returned from a 2 night stay here and we were sad to be leaving. It’s situated right next to the river which was popular with kayakers, and great for a bit of wild swimming! The owner was very helpful right from booking and the site very well maintained. Portaloos kept very clean and during the weekend they have a food and drinks van. Pub located at the entrance to the campsite also superb!!

Really nice site, knocked off a star as there is no phone reception so we couldn’t plan the next part of our trip & it’s family friendly, so if you don’t have kids it’s a lot. However if you do have children it would be a really lovely place to come with them. We went on a Saturday night so maybe the weeks are quieter. There is a pub very close & they have a coffee van & pizza nights.

Really nice site. overlooking the river so perfect for canoeing, you can hire canoes here. It's about 7 miles to walk to Ross on Wye following Herefordshire trail. Pub is 100m away and serves good food and ales. I had a Sunday roast I believe the pub also does breakfast on the weekend. Portaloos are fine but unfortunately no showers

Spent 2 days here and what a really lovely place it is. All clean and the staff are lovely. My wife and I kayaked from here down to Ross, a lovely part of the river. Nothing was to much trouble, really lovely people. They sell wood onsite and was very relaxing to sit by the fire overlooking the river on the evening. Will definitely recommend and will be returning in the near future. 5☆☆☆☆☆

Brilliant location, £8pnpp. Right next to the river. They allow an open but controlled camp fire. 5 star. Will stay again for sure
