Alors ça s'appelle le parking du boulevard Clemenceau. C'est 1 euro de l'heure. Ne payez jamais pendant 24 heures d'affilée, cela coûte 40 €. Prolongez simplement. C'est le plus proche que j'ai trouvé du centre-ville. A 2 min des informations touristiques. Il y a une façon spécifique de rester dans ce parking: il faut venir à 14h30 le samedi après-midi et attendre. Il y a un marché local le matin et toutes les voitures doivent partir, vous avez donc le temps et l'espace pour vous garer correctement. Le parking est gratuit à partir de 15h le samedi après-midi. Il y a un endroit qui est doré. C'est entre un arbre et un lampadaire. Aucune voiture ne peut s'approcher trop près de vous. Cela ne semble pas en sécurité, et le premier jour je suis revenu 4 fois à cause de toutes les critiques des spots à Arles. Mais cet endroit est juste à côté d'un café / thé marocain ouvert jusqu'à 1h du matin (un peu bruyant le samedi soir) mais tous les retraités du quartier s'attardent juste devant le parking. Je ne veux pas dire qu'il n'y a aucun risque, mais lorsque vous vous présentez, assurez-vous de venir prendre un thé sur place, montrez-vous et soyez amical. Je suis resté des jours libres. Soyez prêt avant de venir, eau, électricité.

There is a specific way to stay in that parking lot : You have to come at 2:30 pm the Saturday afternoon and wait. There is a local market in the morning and all the cars have to go, so you have time and space to park properly. The parking is free from 3pm the Saturday afternoon. There is one spot that is golden. It’s in between a tree and a lamppost. No cars can come too close to you. It’s feels unsafe, and the first day I came back 4 times because of all the reviews of the spots in Arles. But this spot is right next to a Moroccan coffee/tea place opened till 1 am ( slightly noisy the Saturday night) but all the retired people of the neighborhood linger right in front of the parking lot. I don’t want to say there isn’t any risk, but when you show up, be sure to come and take a tea at the place, show yourself and be friendly. I stayed free days. Be prepared before you come, water, electricity.
