New ANPR payment system in place with new signage and designated parking bays. Yet another app to download for payment and no clear signage for overnight stays. The views have the same wow factor as always and access for larger vehicles is not an issue so it’s still a great day car park.

Re-opening start of March due to resurfacing. Paid parking during the day, currently no overnight parking. No height or length restrictions. Stunning views of the beach, river mouth and sunsets. 200m to a beach bar. can get windy.
This has now gone as a good overnight spot. New signs are up saying no overnight parking with a £100 penalty and security guards patrol it at night.
Used this spot for 4 nights - perfect! Threat for the dog, peaceful at night after about 10. Lovely morning views and flat! What more could you want :) thanks - please keep it that way people - leave no trace as we would hate to see it get banned to stay there.
Owner sent a security guard around to all the vans saying £100 fine for overnight staying. They really don’t want anyone to park there.
Such an amazing place to stay. Very popular so I’d arrive early if you want a view, which is stunning. Camping officially ends on the 8th Sep but we were told we could stay if we want to. We didn’t pay anything (maybe be Ayse it’s off season). Don’t the road is a lovely beach bar. And that beach! Lovely!

Arrived at 10pm parked up no problem the main august bank holiday loads of space…the man in charge comes round for his £5 on a morning…great stop highly recommended

Only here for the day. Have been informed by the parking gentleman that overnight stays allowed for extra £5 for the evening. Half price parking after 2pm for £2.50 as apposed to £5 for the full day. Lovely spot and sheltered by the wind, less than a minute walk onto the beach. 5 stars

Stayed overnight. Fabulous stop with beautiful views. Sandy beach lovely to walk. Other vans stayed overnight too. No issues. Access road was bad but not the worst and well worth it.
Great spot with good access to the beach, but the lane in was extremely bumpy!!
No problem staying overnight but we parked on the left as you come in to be out of sight of the beach huts. Great access to the beach as well.

Parking is free during the day due to the building side nearby. Overnight parking is NOT allowed! Please don’t spoil this great spot for everybody by just ignoring this.
Absolutely gorgeous, no overnight parking signs to deter campers, so turn up late, leave early and you shouldn't have any problems.
