It's a great spot for a stopover, occasionally busy and rubbish can be a problem, but nothing a little litterpicking can't sort out! well worth it for the views!

gates where closed when I got there 6pm

Beautiful spot with a lovely breeze on a very hot afternoon. There was a steady trickle of people stopping to see the view but no one stayed very long and no evidence of litter today. The gate doesn’t look as if it’s been closed for a long time but we will probably move on as the message is very clear. Such a shame.

The place itself is splendid but with most beautiful destination its spoilt by humans and their rubbish. bins overfollwing clean it up or lose it.

The view is stunning, it is windy, but there is also a ‘no overnight camping’ sign. Add to that the unsavoury undertones.. I am not recommending it. We moved on

Perfectly useable car park, relatively near road, great 4G signal, some “boy racers” and couples arrived in the evening but left before it was time for bed. Bins full, please take your rubbish home with you!

Yes its an extraordinary view. I wondered where my satnav was taking me with some of the roads we traversed! Unfortunately I cant walk my dog here so won't be staying taking that together with previous reviews but its worth visiting for the view.

For example in a period of about 45 minutes three separate groups of rowdy immature adults arrived, one group seemed to have parked up merely to throw beer cans and bottles out of their cars windows despite bins being available in the car park the other two seemed to be having a spitting and urinated competition from the tower.

If this is the Jubilee Tower car park then it is best avoided. lovely view but a favourite haunt for boy racers, drunk drivers fly tippers and doggers! we visited last Monday and soon left!
